Following the release of MCU’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, audiences were bewildered with the movie since it was nothing like what they had expected from the 2016 movie’s sequel. However, Stephen Strange’s investigation of the multiverse in 2022 certainly set up a potentially exciting focus for the third movie.

You have about a month left to steal “Loki” from your sister’s Disney+ account. And don’t count on Dr. Stephen Strange to roll back time on this one.
As previously announced, the Disney+ password-sharing crackdown will start in June “in very select markets,” Disney CEO Bob Iger reiterated on Tuesday. It’s an unpopular move, sure, but a “necessary and very, very productive” one in the race to catch Netflix, Iger said. Aw, that’s sweet: he still thinks Disney+ has a chance.
Iger, on a Tuesday conference call tied to quarterly earnings, called Netflix “the gold standard when it comes to streaming,” but added that Disney’s content stacks up “really well” vs. Netflix. What doesn’t stack up is the tech stack.
It is a head start on streaming technology that separates Netflix from the pack, Iger said, which is why the industry leader has industry-leading margins.

Chris Evans first played Steve Rogers in 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger and, after multiple appearances across the MCU (including in the Avengers and Spider-Man franchises), the actor finally bid farewell to the role in Avengers: Endgame.
Steve has been M.I.A. ever since, though his final fate still hasn't been revealed to us. However, with the Multiverse in play, there are endless possibilities regarding Captain America's return in Avengers: Secret Wars.
Over the weekend, it was reported that Evans is now a lock for that movie. While we anticipate him assembling alongside the other original six Avengers as the "classic" Cap, we'd bet on the actor playing a few different Variants as well.
Below, you'll find some of the most exciting, intriguing, and likely possibilities...

The iconic character of Doctor Strange in the MCU has become one of the most loved ones over the years, and a major credit for this goes to none other than the fan-favorite Benedict Cumberbatch. In fact, the 47-year-old actor was so widely loved in the role that even those fans who rallied for Joaquin Phoenix for the role can’t imagine someone else playing the character.
Doctor Strange in the comics.
That being said, Phoenix got really, really close to nabbing that role from Cumberbatch. However, fortunately enough, things went in the favor of The Imitation Game actor. What’s more, even though his involvement in the movie cost Marvel millions of dollars due to scheduling conflicts, the franchise still agreed, as per what the director of the 2016 movie Scott Derrickson recently confessed.

Back in 2016, director Scott Derrickson and co-writer C. Robert Cargill's "Doctor Strange" walked so the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe could run. The underrated origin film might not have indulged in the same kind of cameo trend and crossover hype tactics as some of the bigger titles that followed in its footsteps, not to mention reaching the same heights at the box office, but the movie still established quite a few benchmarks the franchise would continue to rely upon. For one thing, Derrickson and his creative team clearly defined the visuals of the cosmic side of the MCU -- something we've seen even in the latest "Deadpool & Wolverine" trailer. For another, taking the time to flesh out Stephen Strange's unique backstory allowed subsequent projects to hit the ground running (such as "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" or the Disney+ "What If?" series) and further...

Invincible is having a great run as an animated series, produced by Seth Rogen under Amazon Studios. The show recently wrapped up its second season, one that ended with a bang. However, there are a lot of things that had to change for the adaptation of the comic, specifically because of how many characters from other IPs it featured in its source material.
Invincible (2021-present)
While comics created under the Image Comics label are owned by their respective creators, the characters do share a world with other IPs, and often crossover with each other during major events. Given that an Invincible live-action film is in the works, it is completely possible that Invincible could kick off a shared Image Comics universe, that could bring to the screen a host of beloved characters.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ was released out nearly two years ago, marking the character’s latest appearance in the MCU with some serious consequences. While an alternate version of Strange surfaced in ‘What If…?’ Season 3, it met a tragic end, making it unlikely we’ll encounter this variant in future releases.
Although ‘Doctor Strange 3’ hasn’t been formally confirmed by Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige hinted at ample space in the release schedule for Phase 6 projects during the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con. However, recent shifts in the MCU’s direction raise doubts about this. Facing substantial box office setbacks, the MCU seems inclined to stick with proven formulas, leading to rumors of increased emphasis on animated projects and street-level narratives as they navigate the complexities of the Multiverse.
Now, Alex Perez, a well-known insider and leaker, has shared insights into Strange’s character development in the upcoming movies and hinted at potential plot twists.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ was released almost 2 years ago, and this was the character’s last appearance in the MCU with some pretty grave implications. An alternative version of Strange appeared in ‘What If…?’ Season 3 but this character ended in tragedy and I doubt we will see this variant in the upcoming installments.
‘Doctor Strange 3’ hasn’t been officially announced by Marvel Studios yet, but at 2022’s San Diego Comic-Con, Kevin Feige revealed that there’s plenty of room in the release schedule for projects that would be set in Phase 6. Doctor Doom is highly anticipated in the MCU, with fans long requesting his introduction to the cinematic universe. The latest rumors suggest Doom will be featured in the ‘Fantastic Four’ movie, but not as the main antagonist. Instead, he’s expected to have a minor role initially before becoming the primary villain later on.
Now, Alex Perez from Cosmic Circus shared a theory suggesting that Doctor Doom was originally intended to be a member of the Illuminati in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.’ This theory proposes that this was the studio’s initial concept for the character.

Doctor Doom is one of the most anticipated characters in the MCU, as fans have been asking for ages for the studio to introduce him to the cinematic universe that is already populated by some of the biggest names in the comics, and some lesser-known names.

Pink Floyd boasts a discography that evokes dynamic emotions and moods, all conveyed within the expansive, experimental mold of progressive rock that feels timeless. Countless franchises, including the Marvel Cinematic Universe, have used tracks from the band's impressive work in their films. For instance, "Interstellar Overdrive" was featured in "Doctor Strange" to convey the nature of Stephen Strange's life before it turned upside-down, while "Time" was used in "Eternals" to set the tone of its worldbuilding. Since both seasons of "Loki" also feature retro-tinted soundscapes that harken to branched timelines and similar cosmic events, it is not a stretch to assume that the show's music was inspired by Pink Floyd.
There is good reason for this assumption, as the show's "Tva Theme," which plays at the end of every episode, sounds remarkably similar to Pink Floyd's "Have A Cigar." There is a haunting effect in how the guitar and bass ramp up the mystery,...

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness blew the MCU wide open, bringing us face to face with alternate versions of Earth, and universes with heroes that are not yet present on Earth. The film left audiences on a cliffhanger. Stephen Strange has grown a third eye, something that is established as a sign of the Darkhold corrupting its user. Strange also accompanied Charlize Theron’s Clea into the Dark Dimensions, to stop an incursion that he allegedly created.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ unveiled a familiar Marvel comic book think-tank, The Illuminati.
This iteration of The Illuminati originated from the alternate Earth-838. A formidable group, spearheaded by Earth-838’s Stephen Strange, formed to shield their universe from formidable threats like cosmic entities and interdimensional invasions.
The initial roster included Stephen Strange, Charles Xavier, Peggy Carter, Blackagar Boltagon, Maria Rambeau, and Reed Richards. Karl Mordo joined after Strange’s demise following the Battle of Titan. Unfortunately, the Illuminati met their end, thanks to Wanda Maximoff, who spared only Mordo.
Now, as per rumors circulating from a reliable leaker on X CanWeGetSomeToast, the Earth-199999 version of the Illuminati in the MCU will feature Carol Danvers, Wong, and Bruce Banner.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ introduced us to a well-known think-tank from the comics, The Illuminati.
That version of The Illuminati hailed from parallel Earth-838. A bunch of heavy hitters led by Earth-838’s Stephen Strange formed the Illuminati to safeguard their realm from major dangers like cosmic entities and interdimensional invasions.
The initial lineup featured Stephen Strange, Charles Xavier, Peggy Carter, Blackagar Boltagon, Maria Rambeau, and Reed Richards. Karl Mordo hopped on board after Strange bit the dust post-Battle of Titan. Unfortunately, the Illuminati got the axe later on, courtesy of Wanda Maximoff, who wiped out everyone but Mordo.
Now, according to the rumors started by a well-known leaker on X CanWeGetSomeToast, the version of the Illuminati from mainline MCU Earth-199999 will consist of Carol Danvers, Wong, and Bruce Banner.
