Yes, "The Perry Mason Game" published in 1987 by TSR and now long out of print, was specifically based on this series. Images of Mason et al. on the box and game materials are made to look like Raymond Burr, Barbara Hale, William Talman, and William Hopper. There are two cases to solve, "The Case of the Stuttering Bishop" from Season 2 (originally a novel by Erle Stanley Gardner) and "The Case of the Tandem Target" from Season 7. Both cases are simplified down to four possible suspects, and the guilty party is randomly determined by drawing cards in a manner akin to Clue (but the rest of the mechanics are very different). As a result, knowing who was guilty in the original episode is no help in winning the game.
Additional Answer (not contradicting the one above): There was a much earlier Perry Mason Game, called the Perry Mason: Case of the Missing Suspect game, put out by Monogram, in the late 1950s, very shortly after the series started. It's quite a good game, with a complex board and elaborate rules. However, it's important, if you buy a used copy (and in 2022, that's all you're going to find!), that you make sure it has all the pieces, since all the tiny little disks and pointy towers and police cars are necessary to play the game, and missing clue cards could mess up the play. You might have to buy more than one used set before you get all the pieces. And you'll definitely need the rule booklet, which some sets will probably be missing.
