a marvellous...
Little fling of a thing, that many fans of the fantasy genre would despise, a story that i liked, leading you into the fantasyworld of modern london again, not through the 9 and 3/4 this time, but through the most inevitable thing of a house, a thing that comes in all shapes and colours, and seems to be the most british of all british identity marks, namely the door, a real wholesale of doors, nearly like monsters inc, or like ''pompel og pilt'' a puppet tv serie from the childhood of norwegian broadcasting coorporation, the ensealment of everything , the secret lock to everywhere, behind the door, every secret and everything you owe, love , air and to breath for , especially in the uk where the choice of colourcode of the front door seems to be the most important choice of life, its just as simple as that, the door that may open a new life, or maybe closed when its all over and the darkness is the only thing left...
o knock knock, where you wanna go, yes, right to the cinema theater near you because this neat little transformative experience into the shadowworld of goblins that will transform you into a fly on the wall, well set, well acted, well prooduced vfx and cgis, it almost blew off a grumpy old mans mind. It wouldve been a straight 10 if it werent for the typical potterish mouthful of verbal vocations, they speak a bit too much for an unsettled old man, that still looks for the next door, the next ''portable door'' that may teleport you into the dreamworks of silverscreen heaven. Its a recommend , again.
