Herbert Philbrick throws a lot of nasty words at Communists, then mischaracterizes the Katyn Forest Massacre. He goes back to slanging them. He should know. For nine years he was a member in good standing of the Communist Party in the US. Unlike my grandfather, he didn't just walk away. He was a government witness in the Foley Square Trial. He then wrote a best seller, headed a TV series about his noble infiltration of the Party for the FBI, then retired to New Hampshire. He emerged occasionally to give a well-paid speech or make a movie like this, in which he claims that Communists do terrible things while offering no proof, getting his few facts wrong, and claiming their coming for your everything.
I don't like Marxism any more than the next guy, but scaremongering doesn't convince me either.
