- A frog goes hopping through the jungle and meets different animals. To each, he introduces himself: "Hi! I'm a Large Mouth Frog. Who are you?" The first is an elephant, who introduces himself in response. "I eat bugs, insects and flies. What do you eat?" asks the Frog. "I eat peanuts, hay, and carrots," answers the Elephant. "That's nice," remarks the Frog, and continues on his way, asking the same question of each animal, next meeting a Long Neck Giraffe ("I eat the tender leaves from tall trees"), and then a Gorilla. "I eat bananas and wild berries," answers the Gorilla. "Nice, very nice," says the Frog. He lastly encounters a turquoise-colored bird with a large beak sitting on a nest. "Hi, I'm a Large Mouth Frog, and I eat bugs, insects, and flies. Who are you, and what do you eat?" "I'm a Crunch Bird," the bird replies in a rough voice, standing up, "and I eat Large Mouth Frogs" The Frog looks at the audience with a flat expression, and in a high-pitched voice exclaims, "Ooohhh, sh-t." He takes off, hopping for his life, and the Crunch Bird pursues, with a crunching/gobbling sound already familiar to movie-goers who had seen the first cartoon short, The Crunch Bird (1971). Credits roll over the sound.
