Notes
- The festival took place from 1959 to 2007. Works by students and advanced amateurs made up the majority of the festival's selection. Since 1983 videos were accepted too.
- In 2008, the festival took place as Rochester High Falls International Film Festival, a merged event from the High Falls Film Festival and the Rochester International Film Festival. Since 2009 it is a stand-alone event again under its old name.
