Teen Titans (1st) Movie

Aries banished to the Underworld due to past crimes against humanity and is outlawed from returning to Earth due to the last bloody war he started. From the Underworld he communicates and manipulates a psychopathic Lex Luthor into creating a clone of superman to replace Superman. Starfire comes to Earth after Aries destroys her home planet.
This would be a Dark Action Comedy much like the movie Kick-A**, a hard PG-13
