My two favorite Welles films are Citizen Kane and Touch Of Evil. However one of my favorite Welles performances is one where is absent the first 2/3 of the film. That film would be The Third Man and it is one of my all time favorites(the cuckoo clock speech is way cool and Welles wrote it himself).
