- DirectorAnthony RussoStarsJoel McHaleGillian JacobsDanny PudiEveryone in the study group except Abed is stuck in a crude 1980s space simulator as it is towed off campus, and Abed leads the team given the difficult assignment of bringing them home.In which the study group find themselves trapped in an old KFC-sponsored spaceflight simulator, and must complete the incredibly goofy and product-placement-laden program to escape. Not the most innovative half-hour of Community, which deftly parodied zombie movies (in "Epidemiology"), clip shows ("Paradigms of Human Memory"), claymation Christmas specials and more; in fact, the plot is a bit of a repeat of the B-story from "Beginner Pottery", in which a sailing class in the middle of a campus parking lot turned unexpectedly perilous. It's still my favorite.

As Rebecca settles in, new coworker Paula begins meddling in her business.Out the gate, a hilarious and tuneful show. It had won me over fully with the "Sexy Getting Ready Song", but the outtake at the end, in which a rapper makes good on the epiphany that he has some bitches to apologize to, killed me. Yes: I am dead, typing these very words from beyond the grave. <ghost noises>

This ep finds the show at its funniest and spookiest, with some great lines from Greg. "We've come to burgle your turts!"
- DirectorGenndy TartakovskyStarsPhil LaMarrMakoJeff BennettSamurai Jack has become a popular folk hero amongst little children, so Aku decides to spread his own kind of fairy tales that put Jack in a bad light. To win back the hearts and minds of the young people, Aku gathers scores of children at an auditorium and regales them with some heartwarming propaganda. There follows a series of fractured fairy tales such as "Little Red Hood" and "Jack and the Three Bears", which the audience rejects, spinning tall tales of Jack's exploits of their own. The show had its share of comic relief from the beginning, but this was a new level of hilarity, stemming from the shortsightedness and pride of its evil boogeyman.

- 2019– 43mTV-MA6.8 (1.2K)TV EpisodeDirectorRoxanne BenjaminDavid BrucknerStarsLogan AllenDylan GageVoltaire Colin CouncilA man brings a scarecrow to life with terrifying results. Lydia Layne kills her lover and as she is trying to dispose of the body, the power goes out in the elevator.“Lydia Layne’s Better Half” is far and away the best episode “Creepshow” has produced this far, on par with the best of “Tales from the Crypt”. Too often this series leans so hard on the horror tropes and pulp affectations that it slides into the realm of obnoxious, winking camp. But this is a lean, mean episode, anchored by the steely Tricia Helfer as a cutthroat businesswoman who finds herself in a tight spot when a confrontation with a rival, who is also her lover, goes awry. No fanboy camp, no bells and whistles, no bullshit, just a pitch-black tale of horrific comeuppance.
