It is also fantastically acted and beautifully filmed.

Fantastically well acted, beautifully filmed, and extraordinarily scored.
- DirectorGeorge A. RomeroStarsDavid EmgeKen ForeeScott H. ReinigerDuring an escalating zombie epidemic, two Philadelphia SWAT team members, a traffic reporter and his TV executive girlfriend seek refuge in a secluded shopping mall.I love 70s and 80s horror and zombie movies in particular. This is the clear best. Romero's masterpiece of visceral gore and social commentary.
- DirectorRidley ScottStarsSigourney WeaverTom SkerrittJohn HurtThe crew of a commercial spacecraft encounters a deadly lifeform after investigating a mysterious transmission of unknown origin. The Alien vs Aliens debate I believe hinges around whether you prefer Horror or Action. Well I believe Alien is a better horror movie than aliens is an action movie. It's also better sci fi! A lovecraftian conceit of working class types being lured into the unknown and being pursued by a truly terrifying creature. Brilliant direction, some of the best production design and cinematography in science fiction history, and a radical score from Jerry Goldsmith.

- DirectorSergio LeoneStarsClint EastwoodEli WallachLee Van CleefA bounty hunting scam joins two men in an uneasy alliance against a third in a race to find a fortune in gold buried in a remote cemetery. The greatest western epic ever made.
