Jen Landon shared with IMDbPro her best advice for aspiring actors, her funniest audition story, lessons learned on the Yellowstone set, and more.4 of 6
IMDbPro: Do you check out IMDbPro before an audition? Any fun audition stories?
Jen Landon: I think IMDbPro is a great tool to familiarize yourself with all the people involved in a project. You can see their other work and start to get a clearer sense of the world you’re about to be inhabiting. Fun audition stories? Well, yeah! For Yellowstone actually. I was so sure I tanked the audition that when I was on my way out of the room my head went blank and instead of saying “thank you” to the casting director, I said “I love you.” And I thought “Great! Perfect way to add a touch of crazy to what I already thought was a mess of a session.” So, I guess the fun part of the story is, YOU NEVER KNOW!
