Hana Mae Lee shares with IMDbPro her best advice for aspiring actors, why she loves being in sequels, and more!6 of 7
IMDbPro: What has playing Sonya on The Babysitter: Killer Queen taught you as an actor?
Hana Mae Lee: I really enjoy playing Sonya. McG has always been supportive of me bringing in my own take to Sonya. I wanted her to have a blogger-Saint Laurent vibe, and I wanted her to be into the Dark Arts for real, not just in the blood cult for wishes. McG was down for it and down with my human-self-centipede (big fan of the Tom Six’s The Human Centipede trilogy) improvised monologue in the first film. I love being in sequels; going back to a character that I’ve once played is really fun. That character gets to live on in another chapter. It’s taught me that we need a Babysitter 3, right guys?
