Roger Barton began his editorial career working on documentaries and made-for-TV movies including the Emmy award-winning "Indictment: The McMartin Trial." He soon made the transition to motion pictures and in 1997 was an Associate Editor on the decade's biggest blockbuster, "Titanic."
He quickly moved up the ladder, honing his skills at Jerry Bruckheimer Films on "Armageddon" and "Gone in 60 Seconds." Since then, Barton has worked with Michael Bay on "Pearl Harbor," "Bad Boys 2," the Platinum Dunes release, "Amityville Horror," "The Island," and the last five "Transformers" films.
During his career, Roger has cut for Hollywood's leading filmmakers such as George Lucas on "Star Wars: Episode III", the Wachowski Brothers' "Speed Racer", Jim Sheridan's "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" and two films for Director Joe Carnahan, "The Grey" and "The A-Team."
Beginning in 2013, Roger edited three films for Skydance Entertainment, "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," "World War Z," and "Terminator: Genesis." In 2016 Roger returned to work with Jerry Bruckheimer on Walt Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Men Tell No Tales."
In the summer of 2017, Roger began editing "Godzilla: King of Monsters" for Legendary Pictures but left when he became Co-Founder of Evercast -- a creative collaboration platform that he felt had the potential to one day transform Hollywood workflows, enabling filmmakers to collaborate remotely, creating greater efficiency resulting in cost savings and a better work-life balance. Little did he know that three years later a global pandemic would sweep through Hollywood, shutting down production and accelerating Evercast's adoption which is now the "go-to" Emmy award-winning collaboration platform for creatives in filmmaking, gaming, and much more.
From 2017 until 2021, as Roger continued to help grow and innovate Evercast's platform, he also continued to edit -- helping John Krasinski turn his 17 million dollar genre thriller "A Quiet Place" into a 334 million summer blockbuster, worked with Michael Bay and Skydance again with Netflix's "6 Underground", and Chris McKay & Chris Pratt's "Tomorrow War", his fifth feature with David Ellison and Skydance.
Roger currently works for Walt Disney Studios as an Editorial Creative Consultant.- Editor

After leaving school, Richard joined the ABC in Sydney with hopes of emulating his father, Jack Bruce, who worked as a cinematographer in Hollywood for Cecil B. De Mille and the Famous Lansky Players. However, the only opening at the time was in editing. He fell in love with the craft and spent 15 years with the ABC working on various current affairs and other programs before getting into drama. He left the ABC to work on the feature "Goodbye Paradise" before going on to "Careful He Might Hear You" and Kennedy Miller's "The Dismissal" and "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome". It was through George Miller's studio film "The Witches of Eastwick that Richard was introduced to Hollywood. He again worked for Miller on his 1992 film "Lorenzo's Oil". Richard got the job on "Shawshank Redemption" over 30 of Hollywood's best editors because the producer had a similar background (at the BBC) and took a liking to him. In June/July 1996 Richard visited Australia for the first time in four years and during that time spoke at a seminar at the Australian Film Television and Radio School entitled Frame By Frame, where he took the audience cut by cut through every aspect of the production of "Seven". He was also interviewed for the ABC- TV program "Review". Richard was also nominated for the Eddies (American Cinema Editor's Awards) for his work on "Shawshank" and "Seven" and in 1997 Richard was invited to become a member of the American Cinema Editors. In 1998 he received his third Oscar nomination for his work on "Air Force One", a fact which attracted considerable attention by the Australian TV and press. However, although it was hoped he would be third time lucky, the Oscar went to the blockbuster of the year Titanic. In 2001 he was again nominated by the Americian Cinema Editor's for his work on "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone .- Editor

Though he's cut celluloid for some of the best in the business, chances are many film lovers wouldn't even recognize the name Pietro Scalia in a lineup of Hollywood's best film editors. Born in Sicily in 1960, Scalia resided in Switzerland before heading to Los Angeles to continue his education. After receiving his M.F.A. in Film and Theater Arts from U.C.L.A. in 1985, Scalia began his career as an assistant editor to Oliver Stone on such features as Wall Street (1987) and Talk Radio (1988). Later coming into his own with such films as JFK (1991) (for which he received a Best Editing Oscar) and Sam Raimi's The Quick and the Dead (1995), Scalia continued to work on such high-profile films as Stealing Beauty (1996) and G.I. Jane (1997). Scalia also received Best Editor Oscar nominations for Good Will Hunting (1997) and Gladiator (2000), though he would have to wait until the following year for his next win at the Oscars, as he received the Best Editing Award for director Ridley Scott's Black Hawk Down (2001).- Editor
