The Top 75 Greatest Crime Films of All Time
Crime: the best activity. Filmmaking extraordinaires like Scorsese and Tarantino have seen their names brandished by scrooges as artists glamorizing violence and crime. Those undesirables are wrong. No, they don't find virtue in blood-spilling and criminals... Crime and violence and rooting for the 'bad guys' is just plain fun. The only positive to come from the New Hollywood movement was that uncouth, recalcitrant vagabonds make better protagonists than law-abiding, virtuous samaritans. Being the bad boy that I am, I've watched 475+ feature-length crime films in my totality, and here are the meanest of meanies.
