They’re the undisputed hottest couple in pop music, so it’s no wonder Beyoncé Knowles and Jay Z have been named #1 on Billboard’s Power 100 list.
The “Magna Carta… Holy Grail” rapper and his “Crazy in Love” wife have sold so many albums, played so many sold out shows, and have so much money, Billboard had to put them both in the #1 spot.
Coming in second are last year’s winner and runner up Lucian Grainge, Universal Music’s CEO, and Coran Capshaw, founder of Red Light Management.
Furthermore, Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun made it into the rankings as did Dr. Luke and Ryan Seacrest.

On tour with former singer-songwriter Nathan Hubbard and his showstopper of a plan to rescue Ticketmaster's business -- and, for an encore, its dreadful reputation.
The Ticketmaster Turnaround Tour rolls into New York ready to rock. The audience on this fine day in mid-May is a who's who of local clients including the Yankees, Madison Square Garden, and Blue Man Group, here to see if the live show is any different from what they've heard for, literally, decades. Hell, they can't believe Ticketmaster is touring. Throughout its history, Ticketmaster's executive team did not come to you. Call it the Sympathy for the Devil Tour, if the Rolling Stones hadn't already used that moniker.
The road show, 10 cities in four weeks, is CEO Nathan Hubbard's idea, as is the black T-shirt he's wearing: Tm on the front, dates and cities on the back, evoking a concert keepsake.

A deal could be made within days, according to insiders, and the title has emerged as one of the more buzzed about projects at Berlin.
Alongside Headshot, Im Global’s $40 million-budgeted Sylvester Stallone action project, which is generating strong interest, and Hyde Park’s spy actioner Echelon, the market is proving to be a happy hunting ground for North American rights buyers hungry to take a punt.
With the second week unfolding and the deal-making ramping up before most folks begin exiting the market Wednesday, the Efm has already seen some headline grabbing U.S. deals.
FilmDistrict has already put out for one big buy at Berlin, taking U.S. rights to Miramax’s horror title Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark,...

Casino Jack, the drama that stars Kevin Spacey as disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff, has a new home. The George Hickenlooper-directed film will be platformed at the Toronto International Film Festival, and gets its chance at awards season, with Spacey's performance in particular garnering raves at early private showings.
