- In 1997, she received the Best New Actress Award from RTHK TV Awards for her performance in TVB's One Good Turn Deserves Another (Dei Yuk Tin Sze).
- In 1999, Maggie was voted The Millennium Most Memorable Actress in a Leading Role for her performance at Ching Po Chu in TVB's award-winning Old Time Buddy (Nan Hing Nan Tai).
- In 2003, Maggie took home the Favorite Character Award and Best Leading Actress for the role Lui Sei Leung in TVB's award-winning The King of Yesterday and Tomorrow (Kou Ng Chi Chuen).
- One of the 5 Finalists for Miss Hong Kong Beauty Pageant 1994. Maggie also awarded Most Prominent Star Award for her screen presence.
- Speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and French.
- Her father is a retired civil servant for the Hong Kong government. Her youngest sister, Carrie is the superintendent of the Hong Kong West Kowloon PTU Team.
- Her eldest sister, Wylie, along with her younger sister, Susie, and Susie's husband, Alex, are all employees of Cathay Pacific.
- Graduated Valedictorian at the St. Mary's Canossian College in Hong Kong. She subsequently studied at Plymouth College and Oxford College in England, focusing on Nutritional Science & Anatomical Biology.
- Recovering from Thyroid Gland Infection. She has been on hiatus from acting since August 2005. (August 2006)
- In January (2001), Maggie will film several TV series for TVB and continue to shoot more movies.
- In December (2000), Maggie will have 2 shows of "A Kindred Spirit the Musical" in Malaysia and perhaps a world tour later on.
