Made his Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning comedy/musical "Avenue Q" as a singer/puppeteer voicing the roles of "Nicky", "Trekkie Monster" and others. He also designed and built all the puppets for the show.
He was awarded the 2007 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Puppet Design for "Avenue Q" at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
