You're still the one that I want! Grease co-stars John Travolta, 64, and Olivia Newton-John, 69, reunited on Wednesday for the first time in years at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' screening and Q&A celebrating the 40th anniversary of the iconic musical film. The two, who played high school couple Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson, were joined by fellow past cast members Didi Conn, 67 (Frenchie) and Barry Pearl, 68 (Doody) and director Randal Kleiser, 72. At the event, Travolta said Newton-John was his favorite thing about doing Grease. "If you were a young man in the '70s, and I'm sure many of you were, out there, if you remember...

Oh, those summer nights! Forty years after the premiere of arguably one of the best movies ever, Grease, John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John had a little reunion — and it's so good to see Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson back together after all this time! (Photo Credit: Getty Images) The two reunited at a 40th anniversary event for the movie held at The Academy in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, Aug. 15. For the special outing, Olivia, 69, donned a pink blazer, cream pants, and a matching silk blouse. John, 64, looked dapper in his dressy jeans, black blazer, and a black sweater with a white collared shirt underneath it. (Photo Credit: Getty Images) The best part? The dynamic duo could not look happier to be there! They were arm in arm smiling away, and in one of the snaps, John even gave Olivia a kiss on the cheek! Our personal favorite, however, was the...

Fox's Grease: Live production was as flashy and fun as one would hope the adaptation to be. Fusing the Broadway show with the familiarity of the film, the three-hour television event was a fun, entertaining event packed with strong performances, gorgeous costumes and massive sets. While the show overall was one of the strongest televised musicals from the recent influx of them (and only beat by The Wiz), here are 10 of our favorite moments, performances and aspects of the TV spectacle.

In what’s going to be an extremely bold attempt to reboot the original Grease, Grease:Live is finally airing on Fox tonight. And we just got a new nugget that’s sure to please some original Grease fans. According to the Associated Press, two stars of the original film will have cameos in Grease: Live! Fox has asked Didi Conn, who played Frenchy and Barry Pearl, who played Doody, to appear. Neither will appear in their original roles, of course, since they have been co-opted by Carly Rae Jepsen and Jordan Fisher, respectively. Conn will play “a waitress at the Frosty Palace

Sunday's performance of Grease: Live will have everything: A live studio audience, Boyz II Men, High School Musical's Vanessa Hudgens, pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen, and now, cameos from the cast of the film version of Grease. According to the Associated Press, Didi Conn, who played Frenchy, and Barry Pearl, who played Doody, will make small cameos in the stage show as a waitress at a malt shop and a TV producer, respectively. It's a nice gesture to the past, and also chance for Conn, who sounds very much like Frenchy, to give the perfect description of Carly Rae Jepsen: "I started to cry. I think partly it was 'That could be my daughter that I never had,'" Conn said of meeting Jepsen. "She is absolutely yummy-adorable."...

We at BollySpice are not just excited but inspired by John Travolta having attended the Iifa awards.
As the anticipation builds up on seeing the icon strut his stuff on a Bollywood screen very soon, we at BollySpice were suddenly struck by the thought:
How Cool would a Bollywood version of Travolta’s legendary musical Grease be?!
Grease (Director: Randal Kleiser; 1978) is perfect Bollywood material.
One summer, Danny meets Sandy.
Danny and Sandy fall in love.
As the summer break ends so does their love story as they part ways.
By fate, they end up at the same school but things are not so simple. Danny has a “cool dude” reputation to maintain and doesn’t let his true feelings show… for a while!
Grease is a romantic, feel good musical on love, friendship and coming of age.
Well, we just wouldn’t let a mesmerising thought like this be left to our imaginations…...
