Jimmy Scott

Jazz singer Little Jimmy Scott never went through puberty (he stands 4 foot 11), so his voice is a natural boyish soprano.
He grew another 8 inches at the age of 37 due to his condition.
His 1949 release of "If I Only Knew" was mistakenly attributed to another singer.
He received the 2007 National Endowment Jazz Master award.
Survived by his wife, one son, Tracy Porter, three sisters, Nadine Walker, Betsy Jones, Elsa Scott, and one brother Roger Scott.
Parents are: Arthur Claude Scott, and Justine Hazel Scott.
