The lawsuit brought against Alan Thicke‘s widow by the late actor’s two eldest sons has been dismissed.
Tanya Callau‘s attorney, Adam F. Streisand, confirmed to People on Thursday that the petition filed against her in May by brothers Brennan and Robin Thicke — in which they claimed that Callau alleged that the prenuptial agreement she signed ahead of marrying Alan in 2005 is invalid — was tossed out.
“I am thrilled that I was able to get this bogus lawsuit thrown out of court for Tanya, whose only sin was that she loved her husband and has suffered grievously since losing him,...

Alan Thicke‘s widow is alleging that her late husband’s sons are attempting to “bully” her with the recent petition they filed against her.
In an exclusive statement to People on Friday via her attorney, Tanya Callau is claiming that the Growing Pains actor’s sons — Brennan Thicke and chart-topping singer, Robin Thicke — previously propositioned her about turning Alan’s Carpinteria, California, ranch into a marijuana plantation, and filed Tuesday’s petition against her out of retaliation when she declined.
“Since Alan died, his sons have been haranguing her to let them turn America’s dad’s homestead into a massive pot plantation,...

Five months after Alan Thicke was laid to rest, his two eldest sons are taking the late actor’s widow to court.
According to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter and filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Alan’s two eldest sons — Brennan and Robin Thicke — claim in the petition that his widow, Tanya Callau, is now alleging that the prenuptial agreement she signed ahead of marrying the Growing Pains actor in 2005 is invalid.
Prior to his death, Brennan and Robin were named co-trustees of their father’s living trust if his brother, Todd Thicke, declined to...

It began all the way back in 1989, with a man jumping on a diving board that breaks in half, depositing him unceremoniously into a pool. Since then, America’s Funniest Home Videos has left no wacky clip unspooled: Take the woman who tumbles into a pool after a diving board accident. Or the kid who tumbles into a pool after a diving board accident. Or the dog who tumbles into a pool after a diving board accident…
Indeed, over the last 23 seasons of the original viral video machine, we’ve seen it all: more than 26,000 clips of high jinks, from great ones to groaners,...

NBC and Fox have both unleashed their Fall 2011-2012 TV schedule, now ABC has released theirs. I’m excited to see Castle, Modern Family, and The Middle back in the mix. Most of the new shows they have line-up don’t really interest me, but there are a few that have caught my eye. PanAm is another 1960’s based TV show that will go against AMC’s Mad Men and NBC’s The Playboy Club. There’s a show called Revenge that sounds really interesting, but the new series I’m most excited about is is the fantasy series Once Upon A Time, a show where fairy tales collide with the modern day.
Here is ABC’s full schedule along with a description of all of their shows. Go through them below and let us know what TV series you’re most excited about seeing.
