- Denny Vaughan was born on December 21, 1921 in Toronto, Canada. He was an actor and composer, known for Pat Paulsen's Half a Comedy Hour (1970), Love Minus One (1972) and The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour (1967). He died on October 2, 1972 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Son of an electrical and civil engineer, Vaughan was educated at North Toronto Collegiate and Varsity College of the University of Toronto, working towards a Bachelor of Music degree.
- Singer, pianist, and band-leader, not to be confused with the Australian pianist Denis Vaughan.
