Exclusive: TV anchor Sage Steele has replaced Candace Owens in the voice cast of The Daily Wire’s upcoming animated sitcom Mr Birchum, following the latter’s recent exit from the right wing news platform.
The former ESPN anchor joins voice cast of Megyn Kelly, Brett Cooper, Adam Carolla (who created the show), Roseanne Barr, Danny Trejo, Rob Riggle, Patrick Warburton, Tyler Fischer, Alonzo Bodden, Kyle Dunnigan, and Jay Mohr.
Steele will play the role of Deena, who is married to Mr. Birchum’s best friend Gage. The role was previously due to be played by Owens who exited The Daily Wire last month. Her exit followed clashes with co-founder Ben Shapiro over the Israel-Hamas war.
Carolla voices Mr. Birchum, a no-nonsense teacher navigating Teddy Roosevelt Junior High with his family — Wendi (Kelly), Eddie (Dunnigan), and stepdaughter Jeanie (Cooper). Partnering with his friend Gage (Bodden), Mr. Birchum faces off...

The mother of the voice actor who played Joe Swanson in “Family Guy” made attempts to have the show canceled ( Photo Credit – IMDb )
For 25 years, Patrick Warburton has been the voice behind Joe Swanson on Family Guy. But alas, his kinfolk haven’t quite cheered him on. At a recent PaleyFest LA bash celebrating the show’s milestone, Warburton let slip that his folks aren’t fans of the Seth MacFarlane masterpiece. In fact, his mom even took a stab at getting it axed!
According to Patrick Warburton, his parents’ dislike for the show has only grown stronger over the past 25 years. He revealed that his father spent three months in a monastery and almost became a monk. Additionally, when Warburton was 13 years old, his mother distributed pamphlets in their neighbourhood about the sins of masturbation, which didn’t exactly help Warburton fit in with the cool crowd.

Seth MacFarlane‘s Family Guy is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, but if Patrick Warburton’s parents had their way, the long-running animated comedy series would be dead and buried.
Patrick Warburton has voiced Joe Swanson on Family Guy since the first season, but his parents have never approved of his involvement in the series. “They hate the show even more today than they did 25 years ago,” Warburton said during the PaleyFest LA: Family Guy 25th Anniversary Celebration panel (via People). “My father was in a monastery for three months. He almost became a monk. … My mother [went] around the neighborhood when I was 13 years old passing out pamphlets on the sins of masturbation, [which] did not get me into the cool crowd. So they hate the show.“

Despite being one of the most recognizable animated sitcoms on TV, Patrick Warburton revealed that his parents have always absolutely hated “Family Guy” — so much so, that his mother once tried to cancel the show entirely.
“They hate it even more today than they did 25 years ago,” Warburton said in front of a crowd at PaleyFest on Friday.
The panel — which also included creator Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Mila Kunis, Arif Zahir, Jennifer Tilly and showrunners Rich Appel and Alec Sulkin — was discussing their favorite moments from the show’s 22 seasons on Fox. That’s when Warburton admitted that his family’s spiritual values don’t quite align with the content featured in the adult cartoon.
“You come from a fairly religious family. Are they all huge ‘Family Guy’ fans?” Appel asked initially, which led Warburton to recall his childhood growing up in a devout Christian household.

“Family Guy” creator and executive producer Seth MacFarlane shared insight at PaleyFest on whether or not the Griffin family will ever make it to the big screen in a full-length feature film. The show’s cast also brought the house down Friday with a live table read of upcoming episode “The Edible Arrangement” and nine performances of musical classics from the series as the show celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Without giving too much of the goodness away, the episode the cast did a table read for — written by Travis Bowe — is titled “The Edible Arrangement.” It’s centered on Lois and Stewie bonding after consuming a few of Brian’s weed-infused gummies. The episode features the first time Lois has ever heard Stewie talk, which provides Stewie with the perfect opportunity to tell her all about his old plot to murder her.

When you hear the name Seth MacFarlane, you’ll probably know that you’re in for some borderline humor that does hit the spot but not always in the way you’d expect. MacFarlane is funny, which cannot be denied, but his humor has been divisive from the very beginning. Whether it’s Ted, his Oscar hosting gig, or his most famous work, the adult animated series Family Guy, MacFarlane certainly knows how to draw attention to himself. The latter series has, despite all the praise directed at it, often been criticized for its humor and how it tends to take things too far, especially when sensitive social issues are concerned.
Now, this report isn’t about MacFarlane directly, but it is about another Family Guy character, the paraplegic macho police officer Joe Swanson, who is voiced by one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces and voices, Patrick Warburton. The...

Walt Disney World consists of four theme parks – Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Between the four parks, there are over 100 attractions to enjoy, including rides, shows, and character greetings. That’s a lot of things to do. With so much to choose from, is it possible to distill a list of the ten best attractions in the four Wdw theme parks? I set out to do precisely that.
How on earth can someone pick only ten best attractions out of so many excellent choices? I put pen to paper and took a crack at it. To do this, I drew on my own Disney nostalgia, and made sure to include critical components of thrill, family-friendly content, and storytelling achievement. I was quickly able to pick about fifteen “best” attractions, but I had significantly more trouble narrowing that list down to ten. After some depth-defying soul searching,...

A select group of Disney California Adventure Park guests were treated to a special appearance from actor Patrick Warburton as they were ready to board the Soarin’ Over California attraction.
Warburton has been part of the attraction since it first opened in 2001, providing “important safety tips” for passengers in the queue before taking their flight over iconic Californian sceneries.
The actor made an in-person appearance as a chief flight attendant during the limited return of Soarin’ Over California amid the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival through April 22.
Instead of guests seeing the safety tips on the screen, Warburton delivered the tips live. Warburton decided to conduct his final safety check in person before surprised guests flew through picturesque locations in California, including Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, San Diego harbor, Malibu at dusk and the energetic lights of downtown Los Angeles, before returning for a triumphant flight over Disneyland park.
