Australian adventurer Steve Irwin's daughter Bindi Irwin has turned down the opportunity to star in a Hollywood movie. The nine-year-old has attracted the attention of movie producers since her father was killed by a stingray in November 2006, according to her manager John Stainton. Instead she will remain at the Queensland zoo, which was founded by the Crocodile Hunter, with her mother Terri Irwin. Stainton says, "There has been lots of interest from lots of parties in the States. But it's one of those things we're not doing. While Bindi lives at the zoo in Beerwah, she has every chance of being a normal kid. I think the influences she would get from having to live in Hollywood, or do a movie in Hollywood, would be different." Since her father's death, Bindi has launched a clothing line and a children's fitness DVD, appeared in a stage show and become an official Australian tourism ambassador.
