Former "Good Morning America" co-anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach were both married to other people - Robach to actor Andrew Shue and Holmes to attorney Marilee Fiebig - when, on Nov. 30, 2022, photos emerged of the pair enjoying what appeared to be a romantic weekend in upstate New York. This led to their rumored relationship going public and the pair were soon taken off their morning show for good following the revelation.
Robach and Holmes remained relatively quiet for a long time after news of their relationship broke. Jimmy Garoppolo is being benched.
The 31-year-old NFL quarterback will no longer be starting amid an organizational shakeup among the Las Vegas Raiders on Wednesday (November 1), via the New York Post.
The shakeup also led to the ousting of head coach Josh McDaniels, as well as general manager Dave Ziegler.
Keep reading to find out more…
The Raiders are planning to start rookie quarterback Aidan O’Connell over Jimmy moving forward, according to NFL Network, starting with Sunday’s game (November 5) against the Giants.
The news is especially shocking considering Jimmy Garoppolo signed a three-year, $72.5 million contract this offseason.
He would have a $28.3 million dead cap hit for 2024 if the Raiders moved on after just one season, via spotrac.com.
The Raiders drafted Aidan O’Connell in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Jimmy threw seven touchdowns against a league-leading nine interceptions in his six starts this season.

Carrie Bradshaw and Aidan Shaw appear to be back together again; at least, that’s what the sneak peek for And Just Like That… season 2 suggests. Fans of the original series and the Max reboot have some feelings about the former flames rekindling their love. Following the release of the season 2 trailer, some fans have questioned whether Carrie is Aidan’s version of Mr. Big. Plenty of evidence suggests the dynamic is similar to what fans saw between Carrie and Mr. Big in Sex and the City.
Carrie Bradshaw and Mr. Big had an unbalanced relationship dynamic
Carrie and Mr. Big may have ended up together, but the couple’s relationship was far from smooth. One could describe their relationship dynamic as unbalanced. For years, Carrie chased Mr. Big, hoping for a commitment. She compromised, conceded, and often allowed Mr. Big to treat her with disregard. He let her down repeatedly.

In the new movie "Carmen," dancing takes center stage, but it's the singing that has fans captivated and wondering if the movie's stars Paul Mescal and Melissa Barrera are the ones actually singing in the movie.
Benjamin Millepied's modern-day adaptation of the classic opera "Carmen" stars Barrera as Carmen, a Mexican immigrant who's forced to cross the border into the US illegally after her mom is murdered. Mescal plays Aidan, a US soldier who finds Carmen crossing the border but can't bring himself to arrest her, so instead, he helps her run to safety. The two began a journey to find Carmen's mom's best friend, Masilda, who runs a nightclub. It's in the nightclub where they take refuge and their love story unfolds through dancing and music.

There's a scene in French choreographer-turned-director Benjamin Millepied's adaptation of Georges Bizet's 1875 opera "Carmen" (out now in theaters) in which Masilda (played by Spanish actress Rossy de Palma) tells Carmen (played by Mexican actress Melissa Barrera), "Dance. Dancing will heal."
In the 10-minute scene that takes place halfway through the film, there's dialogue, there's tears, there's shared laughs, there's joy, and there's, of course, dancing. If there's one scene in the film that really embodies both Millepied's genius in creating an entirely new genre out of this classic adaptation as well as Barrera's ability to transform herself into any role, it's this one. It plays out like visual poetry (carried by Nicholas Britell's brilliant score and songs by Mexican iconic singer Julieta Venegas), making it distinct from your typical musical or dance feature. Barrera flows between ballet, flamenco, and interpretative dance so seamlessly, she hardly needs dialogue...

The wait for season 2 of And Just Like That… is almost over. While the cast of the Sex and the City reboot has spent the last several months filming scenes in and around Manhattan, little information about what is to come has been released. That is, until now. HBO Max just dropped the trailer for season 2 of And Just Like That…, and a lot of plot points were revealed. Here is everything we’ve learned about the upcoming season, including its general release date.
‘And Just Like That…’ season 2 has a trailer and a June 2022 premiere date
We learned a lot about the upcoming season of And Just Like That… season 2 from the new trailer. The most important piece of info, though, was, of course, its release date. While Max didn’t give away the show’s exact air date, fans can rest assured that it is coming, and it is coming soon.

It's almost time for Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Aidan's (John Corbett) big reunion, and we're already counting down the days.
HBO Max announced And Just Like That.., its wildly successful Sex and the City follow-up, will return for its second season in June.
Unfortunately, we didn't find out which day in June it will be back, but still, it will be back.
Hooray, right?
The teaser trailer also puts Carrie and Aidan back together, which should make for a fun dynamic.
The jumping-off point for the revival season focused on Carrie's reaction to Mr. Big's death (Chris Noth), and her attempt to rebuild her life.
It's unclear how many episodes John Corbett will be sticking around for, but it's hard to imagine this being a short-term affair.
Corbett initially appeared on Sex and the City Season 3 and stayed with the series until the sixth and final season.

“And Just Like That,” the hit “Sex and the City” spinoff from HBO Max (soon to be just Max), dropped its first Season 2 teaser trailer Wednesday, showcasing the glamorous, casual sex-filled life of our widowed hero Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) — only for it to be interrupted by a reunion with her ex-fiance Aidan (John Corbett).
Along with its teaser, the streamer revealed that the series will return this June.
The series stars original “Sex and the City” cast members Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis — all of whom also executive produce with Michael Patrick King. Joining them are returning series regulars Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Niall Cunningham, Cathy Ang, and Alexa Swinton.
The last we saw of Corbett’s Aidan was in the franchise’s “Sex And The City 2” feature film in 2010, which had Carrie running into him in Abu Dhabi.

HBO Max has dropped the Season 2 teaser for “And Just Like That,” its successful revival of “Sex and the City.” The company also announced the show will premiere in June, without announcing the specific date yet — at that point, the streamer will simply be known as Max.
The teaser, narrated by Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), begins with a very “Sex and the City” sentiment: “No matter what life hands you, you can always count on your closest friends to be there.” We then see a montage of scenes that reveal the current relationships of Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Che (Sara Ramírez) and Carrie and her podcast producer, Franklin (Ivan Hernandez). “It’s just sex!” Carrie says.
“And just like that,” Carrie continues, “I realized some things are better left in the past. But maybe… not everything.”
Which is when we see Carrie’s ex-boyfriend Aidan (John Corbett) appear on her stoop.

Plot: Clock is the story of a woman who enrolls in a clinical trial to try and fix her seemingly broken biological clock after friends, family, and society pressures her to have children.
Review: Some of the best horror movies are films about something other than the surface scares that draw in audiences. George Romero’s Living Dead movies were about racism, consumerism, and flesh-eating zombies. It Follows is about sexually transmitted diseases, while The Babadook is about the trauma of being a single parent. Alexis Jacknow’s film Clock, inspired by her Hulu short film of the same name, is a story about the pressures put on women to be mothers and the stress of living up to expectations. Sure, it features some chilling imagery and some jumpscares, but the underlying messages within the film are the truly frightening part and render the surface horror a little underwhelming.

John Corbett is set to return as Aidan Shaw in And Just Like That… and based on set photos, love will bloom once again between Aidan and Carrie Bradshaw. Despite the two characters reviving their romance, not everyone is on team Aidan. Sarita Choudhury, the actor who portrays Seema Patel in the Max reboot of Sex and the City, recently revealed that she is on team neither when it comes to Carrie Bradshaw’s big loves.

Sex and the City had no shortage of great sex in it. The show was stingier when it came to great love. In one episode of the famed series, Charlotte York revealed that she read that each person gets two great loves in their life. Carrie Bradshaw lamented that she already had and lost her two, so she was stuck, all out of love.

As written by the legendary French composer Georges Bizet, the 19th-century opera “Carmen” has a classic femme fatale at its heart: a fiery, free-spirited and seductive woman headed for her inevitable demise through the downfall of a former lover. So take it with a grain of salt upon hearing the title “Carmen,” in this case a beautiful, dreamlike and defiantly experimental film directed by Benjamin Millepied.
Yes, the tragedy, beauty, love, and passion that define Bizet’s exquisite late Romantic-era masterpiece are all in here in Millepied’s directorial debut. But Millepied’s runaway Carmen, as imagined by writers Loïc Barrere, Alexander Dinelaris and Lisa Loomer, is not so much a doomed temptress archetype as a freedom-hungry firebrand in search of her voice and identity.
In that regard, it would be unfair to claim that Millepied’s “Carmen” is an adaptation of Bizet’s timeless story. In fact, the director...

“Carmen” didn’t begin life as an opera: French Romantic writer Prosper Mérimée conceived this tale of Spanish passion and tragic jealousy in 1845, thirty years before his compatriot Georges Bizet brought it into its best-known, aria-rich form. But it’s a story that thrives on operatic delivery, hinging on emotions so large and loud they beg to be sung at the top of one’s lungs. That makes it the opera that filmmakers can’t leave alone, even as they tend to switch out the music: Its screen interpretations range from Otto Preminger’s Broadway-rooted “Carmen Jones” to Jean-Luc Godard’s daring, Beethoven-infused “First Name: Carmen” to Robert Townsend’s Beyoncé-starring “Carmen: A Hip-Hopera.” With the plainly titled “Carmen,” ballet star and first-time feature director Benjamin Millepied joins that club, mostly eschewing song in an attempt to conjure the material’s intensity through dance. He is only intermittently successful.

Opera lovers flock to performances in order to be thrilled, aroused, overjoyed, moved to tears. Ditto disciples of dance, musical-theater fanatics, and — the worst, most masochistic, and unrepentant art-rush addicts of them all — moviegoers. Georges Bizet’s Carmen shocked audiences when it premiered in 1875 in Paris; eventually, his story of a Spanish soldier and a Roma traveler would become a staple of repertory companies and one of the best-known operas of all time. (Hum the opening notes of this, and at least one person will break into their best Beverly Sills impression.

Chemistry is important on and off the black-and-white pages of a screenplay with a romantic story at its core. Benjamin Millepied extracts every ounce of it from the paper and fills every inch of the screen with it in his feature film debut. Carmen is deeply felt, but it’s a tad too narratively lacking to carry those feelings for very long after the credits are finished rolling.

Bizet's "Carmen," the classic opera about a naïve soldier who falls for the titular Carmen (it doesn't end happily) is one of the most widely known of all time. French choreographer-turned-director Benjamin Millepied's new take on it, in his directorial debut, is a modernized and almost complete reimagining of the material. It is far less of an adaptation than it is an impressionistic, and often beautiful, "Carmen"-inspired outing, one set in a North American context and full of youth and vigor. If you want passionate dance and thematic modernity, and you're none too keen on surplus or even necessary dialogue, this is the "Carmen" for you.
It's interesting, because in many ways "Carmen" is doing something that's been widely advocated and rarely truly practiced. Hitchcock famously advocated filmmakers rely mostly on visual storytelling, emphasizing to Truffaut that a screenplay should, whenever possible, "rely more on the visual than the dialogue.

Child stars are a significant part of Hollywood. But sometimes, these young actors hit it big at an early age and then seem to vanish shortly after. One of example is David Dorfman from The Ring.
Horror movie fans will remember Dorfman as the creepy and iconic Aidan Keller in the horror movie The Ring. As the eerie boy who predicted people’s deaths, the young actor stood out in the movie franchise. However, many people do not know was a child prodigy who went to college at 13. Sex and the City is one of the most impactful TV shows of all time. Set in the late ’90s and early 2000s in New York City, the show followed best friends Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon), Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall), and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) as they navigated their personal and professional lives.
The show was revolutionary for its time, but there was one hated episode of the show that still stands out today.

Aidan Shaw has fallen into an interesting category; he is officially one of TV’s disliked “nice guys.” When Aidan first graced the screens on Sex and the City, fans largely swooned over the sexy furniture designer. Decades later, some of his behaviors feel a little more “toxic” than “nice,” argue some fans. Now, just a few months away from his return in And Just Like That…, fans are again talking about Aidan. We feel he’s getting some bad press, so we are here to defend Aidan Shaw.
Aidan was good at setting boundaries and listening to Carrie early on in their relationship
Over the years, some Sex and the City fans have argued that Aidan Shaw was controlling and demanding, even during his early relationship with Carrie. They point to his refusal to date a smoker as proof that he wanted to change Carrie. If you think about it,...

And Just Like That… season 1 was lambasted by fans. Despite harsh criticism, the series remains HBO Max’s most successful original series to date, and season 2 is on the horizon. Considering how many people watched the first season to its conclusion, there has to be something good about the series. We think there is, at least. We’ve collected five aspects of the show’s first season that we absolutely loved. Do you agree?
Here us out, Mr. Big’s death was an absolute necessity Carrie and Mr. Big | Craig Blankenhorn/HBO
We were as shocked as anyone else when Mr. Big died in the final moments of the show’s first episode. Some of us even vowed not to watch another moment (we broke the vow quickly). Still, after viewing the rest of the episodes and putting a bit of space between ourselves and season 1, we must say his death was necessary.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon have starred as Carrie Bradshaw and Miranda Hobbes in Sex & the City and its sequels since the ’90s. The two actors have something else in common, too. They both began their careers when they were very young and appeared in a movie together as young teens.
Parker first appeared on Broadway in The Innocents when she was 11 years old. Two years later she played the starring role in Annie. She went on to star in the early ’80s sitcom Square Pegs before her roles in major films such as Footloose and Girls Just Want to Have Fun.
Nixon was also a preteen actor with her first role being in an ABC Afterschool Special. Her film debut was in 1980’s Little Darlings, and in that same year, she first appeared on Broadway.
