A Big Brother winner, a Survivor fan-favorite, and a star of Squid Game: The Challenge teamed up to help a Chicago animal shelter.
Austin Li Coon from Survivor 45, Jag Bains from Big Brother 25, and Trey Plutnicki from Squid Game: The Challenge Season 1 filmed the experience.
Jag won BB25, Austin was the runner-up on the recent season of Survivor, and Trey appeared on the reality show version of Squid Game with his mom.
It’s always fun to see reality TV stars giving back in this fashion, as it brings positive attention to places in need.
Jag, his brother, and two fellow Big Brother alums recently helped a family by purchasing many Christmas presents for their kids in Washington state.
Jag appears to enjoy giving back after winning $750,000 on the Summer 2023 season of Big Brother, and we are here for it.

In the final episode of Squid Game: The Challenge, the three finalists swapped their green tracksuits for button-downs and devoured a steak dinner on a triangular-shaped table, much like the dining hall featured in Netflix’s scripted drama Squid Game. Instead of a deadly knife fight, the two final contestants, Player 451 Phill Cain and Player 287 Mai Whelan, played the child’s game Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine the winner of the $4.56 million prize. Whelan, who bragged that the hand game was a personal favorite, was ultimately crowned.

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Squid Game: The Challenge, Episodes 1-9.] When it comes to the 456 players who entered Squid Game: The Challenge‘s competition, it was clear from the beginning that mother-son duo Leann Wilcox and Trey Plutnicki would be fan-favorites. The problem with fan favorites though? There’s always the chance they’ll be eliminated. Such was the case for Leann and Trey, who made it over halfway through the competition together, until they were presented with the game of marbles. Initially disguised as a picnic treat, the pair teamed up for their little smorgasbord, only to discover a pouch of marbles at the bottom. They, along with the remaining players, were escorted to a separate space to play a round of the game. Whoever won, or was determined to be the winner, would remain in the competition, while the other would be eliminated. (Credit: Pete Dadds/Netflix) Each played a fair game,...

Chicago – Theatrical satires of the Star Wars Universe are like the number of TV series the universe has wrought … too many to figure out if anything is worthwhile. But “Trade Federation” (subtitled “Or Let’s Explore Globalization Through the Star Wars Prequels”), presented by Otherworld Theatre in Wrigleyville Chicago, gets it right on. By inculcating the dreary prequel trilogy (1999-2005) with geopolitics, it meshes the love of Star Wars with a smart new generation of artists who use it for inspiration and evolution. It has a short run through May 13th, click Trade Fed for tickets and dates.

The setting is within the prequel universe, with familiar characters like Queen Amildala (Gabby Seed), young Obi-Wan Kenobi (Hunter Johnson), Qui-Gon Jinn (Calvin Chervinko) and even Jar Jar Banks (Christian Torres) populating the stage, but with a twist.
