Madara Uchiha played a prominent role in Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto series as one of the prime antagonists, who gave a tough time to the Allied Shinobi Forces during the Fourth Ninja War. The Ghost of Uchiha was a legendary shinobi whose name struck fear in the hearts of people. As a result, his name alone forced the five Shinobi Nations to join hands, something that had never happened before.

When the Boruto anime started, fans were disappointed to find out that Naruto’s relationship with his son was not as happy and satisfying as they had imagined it to be. Naruto, after becoming the Hokage, got caught up in his duties as the highest authority in their village, which led to Boruto developing resentment towards his father.
Naruto and Boruto
He even tried to use petty tricks, just like Naruto used to do, to get attention from the villagers. However, as the story progressed, Naruto understood that his neglecting Boruto was affecting their relationship as father and son. Therefore, he decided to balance his work and personal life and started to develop a bond with Boruto.
But this bond was short-lived as Kawaki entered the story and took all of Naruto’s attention away from Boruto. Because of a similar background, Naruto developed an attachment to Kawaki that made...

Ninjas, or shinobi, live in the popular imagination as much as samurai when one thinks of great warriors from ancient Japan. While the image of the samurai carries with it an excellent swordsman endowed with composure and honor, the image of the ninja is characterized by his stealth techniques, creative weapons, and the reputation of infiltrating with perfection. Throughout history, many works of fiction have interpreted the image of ninjas, both in productions from Japan and abroad — even part of Bruce Wayne's training to become Batman comes from techniques and equipment typically used by ninjas. They are commonly set in ancient Japan or exiled clans that seem frozen in time, some contain touches of fantasy but often stick to realism. Eiichiro Oda found both a friend and a direct competitor in the form of Masashi Kishimoto. One Piece has often taken inspiration from Naruto and vice versa. Letting go of hostility, a friendly competition was accepted between the two that let their works grow in fame as each chapter came out. Kishimoto’s work is one that has inspired many. Whether it is the heroes or the villains, even the powers; a lot can be found inspiring.

Masashi Kishimoto is one of the pillars of the manga and anime industry. His magnum opus paved the way for the next generation of mangaka to connect to Western countries. He had worked hard to reach the heights of success with Naruto and inspired many people through his creation. A mangaka has to go through several obstacles to get the results they are looking for.
One such anime that depicts the entire journey of a mangaka is Bakuman. Bakuman is created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. From dreaming to becoming a mangaka to finally achieving that dream is entirely depicted in the anime. Even though most of the scenarios were correct, Masashi Kishimoto felt that one aspect was not accurate at all.

Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto is one of the most popular Shonen Series that features a number of iconic female characters, such as Kurenai, Mei Tarumi, Ino Yamanaka, Konan, and many more. However, two characters stand out, particularly in the series, it is none other than Hinata Hyuga and Sakura Haruno.

Masashi Kishimoto has never hesitated in bringing out the best of each character in Naruto. Each and every character has a sense of individuality whether by design or personality. Uniqueness is not something Naruto is short of and that shows from every angle. Even the characters that may not be as popular or often disliked are recognizable because of one or the other unique features.

The relationship between Sasuke and Sakura is one of the most debated topics in Naruto. Fans have always argued whether the two characters were right for each other or not. Nevertheless, Masashi Kishimoto was able to make it work, thanks to a piece of advice that he got from the editor of the series, Kosuke Yahagi.
Sasuke and Sakura
Sasuke and Sakura’s relationship is considered by many to be one of the most toxic relationships in the history of anime because of the way Sasuke treated Sakura. Because of his ambition to find his elder brother, Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke neglected, and even insulted, Sakura’s feelings to a great extent. Ultimately, when the series concluded, the two ended up together.

Anime and manga fans have always compared Luffy, Ichigo, and Naruto, the protagonists of “The Big Three”: One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto. While these comparisons primarily focus on the strengths and abilities of the characters, there are other aspects that fans need to consider while trying to prove which character is the better protagonist.
Luffy in One Piece (Credits: Toei Animation)
Although the stories of Ichigo and Naruto have ended in their respective series, Luffy still has a few years left. One Piece has just entered the final saga, and it gives Luffy a chance to prove that he is a better protagonist than Ichigo and Naruto. And there is one aspect of the narrative that could help him gain the title.
This aspect involves Luffy writing his own legacy. Unlike Ichigo and Naruto, Luffy does not follow in the footsteps of his father, and that’s what makes him unique.

There are always two stereotypes followed in shonen mangas and animes, those that Masashi Kishimoto understood very clearly when he began working on Naruto. He had always taken great care when creating characters, making sure not to go too far with one or too little with another. This gave Kishimoto the opportunity to better explore his characters and make them more relatable.

This allowed him to give individuality to his creations in a way that made them stand out and blend with the crowd at the same time. Masashi Kishimoto is one of the most important figures to lead the manga and anime industry in the direction of worldwide popularity. His magnum opus is among the most extraordinary pieces of fiction ever made. Naruto had a massive influence on millions of fans and continues to inspire people through Naruto Uzumaki’s ‘never giving up’ mentality.
Everything that the mangaka did had an unusual reason for it. Fans often ask why the mangaka made Naruto Uzumaki a knucklehead, even though he was a genius. One of the recent interviews of Masashi Kishimoto revealed the reason behind it. The creator gave each character a unique set of characteristics, and in the protagonist’s case, it was the ‘knucklehead’ characteristics.

Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto, One Piece by Eiichiro Oda, and Bleach by Tite Kubo are the well-deserving Big Three of the anime and manga world. These three series form the foundation of Weekly Shonen Jump, and they have proven their worth with a strong fan base that has followed them for years.

Although all three of them have their own respective qualities that define them and their popularity, fans have always debated which anime or manga among the three is considered to be the best. They have compared storylines, characters, attacks, animations, sales, fanbase, and much more, but everyone has their own opinions.
However, there is one aspect where Kishimoto’s Naruto has been better than One Piece and Bleach. The trait is overly sexualizing female characters. A post on X(Formerly Twitter) pointed out that both Oda and Kubo have been accused of being sexist...

Noragami is an anime filled with the supernatural, gods, goddesses and magic. So I just had to regale (bad pun intended) you about it, of course! There’s tons to explore in Noragami , much of it related to Shintoism, Buddhism and the myths of ages past. So let’s dive right into some of the fabulous gods, goddesses and myths your favorite characters from Noragami are based on. Needless to say, spoilers ahead! Yato So, who is Yato based off of, anyway? Well, our favorite god in Noragami may be inspired by the Magatsuhi no Kami. The Magatsuhi no Kami — the Gods of Disaster — are either a collection of gods or one god, depending on the tale. In Japanese, Magatsuhi no Kami is spelled almost exactly the same way as Yato’s title: The God of Calamity. These gods came into being when the god Izanagi no Mikoto purified himself after his trip to Yomi.

Manga has been a great source of amusement for audiences of every age group. As manga readers, the joy and excitement we experience after reading a chapter is amazing. However, manga authors go through many struggles to produce chapters weekly, making it one of the most challenging professions.

Only a handful take the time to notice the intricate details meticulously crafted by the author, which are often overlooked in weekly publications. This is Masashi Kishimoto’s belief, as he explained in an interview in 2016 when asked about weekly manga publications.

The mythical world of Naruto, which features supernatural elements such as Ninjas and Jutsus, may appear to be the most intriguing aspect of Masashi Kishimoto’s work, yet it was not the primary focus. Kishimoto once stated that the trouble with a fantasy universe is that fans can’t draw parallels between imagination and reality.

In their quest to create a unique character, mangakas often build an overpowered or ‘stronger than the rest’ protagonist, who has plot armor from the get-go. Whether it is Dragon Ball or One Piece, the heroes are always a class apart. So, how come Naruto turned out to be such a goofy loser?
For Masashi Kishimoto, off-screen character development is not a viable option, which is why he built Naruto from scratch. For a major part of the anime, the protagonist is seen losing, suffering, training, and getting defeated until he learns from all his mistakes.
Consequently, watching Naruto’s journey helped readers and watchers develop a close bond with him.

Naruto is one of the most legendary anime-manga series, featuring a wide variety of characters and numerous villages. It is packed with action, plot twists, suspense, and soul-shattering deaths. Masashi Kishimoto has penned multiple arcs, with one of the most legendary arcs being the Chunin Exam arc, which significantly altered the flow of the story.

Masashi Kishimoto has always been a master at what he does, hence being regarded as one of the most skilled and talented mangaka of the shonen genre. These forms are the result of his extreme training and the need to save everyone.

Masashi Kishimoto has always been very careful in crafting the characters in both Naruto and Boruto. That is not to say that Eiichiro Oda doesn’t pay attention to One Piece characters. Quite the contrary, seeing that both the mangaka have excellently developed some of the most loved characters in the shonen genre altogether.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex’s latest chapter has turned heads in the most unimaginable ways. The unexpected return of the nine-tailed beast has taken fans aback. Seeing Kurama first die in the series was enough of a tragedy for the Uzumaki family, especially for Naruto. However, its return has been one that was gradually hinted at, only becoming even more possible now.
Boruto’s Rasengan Uzuhiko technique
A lot of doors get opened with the possibility introduced in the latest chapters. More so, there is a strong chance that things turn completely topsy-turvy with the reintroduction of Kurama. Especially the probability of Naruto’s untamed energy roaming about freely after Kurama’s death.
Suggested“It would literally destroy the anime”: Upcoming Boruto Two Blue Vortex Could Make or Break the Anime with One Crucial Decision
Perhaps even in Jura, who might just be the evil incarnate of the nine-tailed beast.

The manga industry has been gifted with a lot of talented creators, including Masashi Kishimoto and Hiro Mashima, i.e. the genius minds behind Naruto and Fairy Tail respectively. However, all of these mangakas have different styles and approaches based on their own personal preferences and ways of thinking, and not all of them follow the same process while developing their respective storylines.

In most anime and manga series, Katsuki Bakugo would be the protagonist — he’s hot-blooded, hot-tempered and hot-headed (and technically hot-handed too). Bakugo is stubborn and headstrong and doesn’t let anything get in the way of his goals, using his natural talent to push his way through obstacles that attempt to block his path. He’s also kind of lacking in social skills and manners, being seen as rude (for good reason) by his friends and peers. On paper, all of this would make Bakugo the protagonist of My Hero Academia , but he’s not, and it's one of the series’ genius subversions. Related: My Hero Academia and the Truth About Chasing Ideals My Hero Academia subverts a lot about the shonen formula by swapping some traits of the protagonist and rival archetypes. We also talked about how bringing Kurama back wouldn’t make much sense and how it would lessen the impact of Fox’s death in the first place, but… well… as you might have guessed by now – Kurama is, indeed, back in Boruto and despite the fact that many think it is bad writing, the world is once again a better place with Kurama back.

One of the coolest elements in Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto was the names given to the moves, characters, villages, etc. While they did not always have much influence on the story, they made Naruto more appealing to anime and manga fans. One such name was Gaara, a Shinobi, and the Kazekage of Sunagakure.
Gaara of the Sand
Gaara was the first character to achieve the title of Kage in Naruto’s generation. He initially was introduced as a villain as he was the jinchuriki of the one-tailed Shukaku, but later on, he shifted towards the good side and became one of the most prominent characters in the series, especially during the Fourth Great Ninja War, in which he was the commander in chief.
Kishimoto once revealed that he initially came up with a different name for Gaara. However, his editor was not too happy with the name, and he suggested the name “Gaara.
