- Jon grew up in the suburbs, 25 miles south of San Francisco. During a family vacation to Universal Studios, at the age of ten, he became fascinated with the world of make believe and dreamed of someday becoming an Actor. His life took him down many different paths, and 27 years after that first visit to Hollywood, Jon decided to go after his dream. In 2002, with Film and Television work already on his resume, Jon became a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Jon's initial goal was to start out in commercial work, however his twenty plus years of law enforcement experience set the perfect foundation for playing cop roles in Film and Television. In 2002, Jon completed work on the award winning independent film, Skin Deep, starring Debra Wilson (Mad TV), "Happily Even After", starring Fay Masterson and Ed Asner, and "Twisted", starring Ashley Judd and Samuel Jackson.
