NBCUniversal has promoted Tammy Filler and Jamie Cutburth to the position of EVP in the advertising and partnership group and upped Jenny Depper to SVP of E! News Digital.
Filler had been editor-in-chief of E! News and Cutburth had been an SVP of creative and development in the ad and partnership group. Depper, who joined the company in 2017, has been leading digital efforts for the NBCU Syndication Studios and many of its shows.
The promotions, which were relayed internally in a memo from Tracie Wilson, EVP, Syndication Studios & E! News, follow a restructuring of senior ad sales staff earlier this month.

Tammy Filler is jumping from making headlines at E! to figuring out new connecting lines at NBCUniversal’s ad sales division.
Filler a longtime producer at NBC News’ “Today” who became editor in chief at E! News, will join NBCU’s advertising-sales unit as an executive vice president working on developing sponsorships and content integrations related to NBCU personalities and intellectual property. She will report to Josh Feldman, chief marketing officer for NBCU’s advertising and partnerships unit.
Since joining E! News in 2019, Filler joined E! News in 2019 and has worked to develop content efforts across properties including Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. During her tenure, she has worked with the ad-sales division. Filler, who was won four Emmy Awards as a producer, over a ten-year period was executive producer of the fourth hour of “Today,” which she developed into a sub-brand of the franchise anchored by Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb.

NBCUniversal has promoted three key executives across their platforms, the organization announced Thursday.
Tammy Filler and Jamie Cutburth have been elevated to Executive Vice President roles within NBCUniversal’s advertising and partnerships division, following a restructuring at NBCUniversal aiming to optimize client relationships in a One Platform environment; while Jenny Depper was promoted to Senior Vice President E! News Digital as the brand grows its leadership team.
Filler, who will join the Advertising and Partnerships division as Executive Vice President of the new Content and Talent Partnerships team, most recently served as Executive Vice President and Editor-in-Chief at E! News, where she oversaw the brand’s development and production of growing franchises as well as its digital content.
