Jesse Heiman, the nerd who makes out with Bar Refaeli in the Go Daddy Super Bowl ad, has just kissed anonymity goodbye.
His agent's phone "is ringing off the hook," he told The Huffington Post on Friday. Women at some of his media stops on Friday emerged from their cubicles to take pictures with him.
All because he kissed a girl. But not just any girl. The spectacle of a cherubic Heiman locking lips with a supermodel earned widespread attention.
"This is beyond what I imagined," he said to HuffPost. "This is very life-changing. I'm looking forward to whatever comes next."
Go Daddy's "Perfect Match" will air in the first quarter of Sunday's game. In the spot (watch below), Heiman, playing a Go Daddy tech named Walter, open-mouth kisses Refaeli to illustrate how the domain-name registrar merges smart and sexy.

Dick Valentine sounds like the kind of name you’d see featured in the credits of a blue movie. However, Dick Valentine is not a pornstar as his name suggests, he is something altogether more thrilling and stupendous. He is the frontman of the whimsical rock and roll band from Detroit, Electric Six.
Electric Six are back on the scene with a fresh new tour where they will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their classic Fire album. Fire was the group’s breakthrough album, reaching #7 in the UK charts and was a commercial and critical triumph, featuring comedy injected hits ‘Danger! High Voltage’ and ‘Gaybar’. Not only are these tracks undeniably catchy, but they are accompanied by entertaining music videos courtesy of the humorous cinematic vision of directors Tom Kuntz and Mike Maguire. The album went gold in the September of 2003 and remains the most successful of their 7 subsequent studio albums.

Leo Burnett Sydney has launched a new ad for Diageo’s Bundaberg Original Rum that celebrates the brand’s history in Australia.
The ad tells the story of a group of sugar millers who come up with a solution to the molasses surplus in Australia in 1885.
A series of 15, 30 and 60-second Tvc ads will air nationally from 21 October on free-to-air and Foxtel channels. The campaign will screen in cinemas nationally and will be live across all channels until the end of the year.
Matt Bruhn, marketing director Diageo Australia, said: “Bundaberg Original Rum has a long and proud history, coming to life in unlikely circumstances amidst an oversupply of molasses in 1885. We wanted to take consumers back to that time and celebrate the ingenious story of this iconic Aussie brand in a cheeky, Australian way.”

I apologize -- I have run out of time to answer many of questions you've sent me via the Ask Karina thread. So, here is another batch of quick answers. Feel free to follow up in the comments on this post; you can also contact me directly through my personal website. First, a whole bunch from Mike Maguire: 1) Do you find yourself living an adequate/satisfied lifestyle with film criticism as your sole career (if it is) and source of income? A bit of a sore question at the moment, of course, but I’m confident you’ll find a new outlet. I should have specified that I wouldn't answer questions about money, but I didn't, so I will: I did, and it was. I don't know if it will be again. 3) Who is your favorite working female filmmaker? I think answering that que ...
