In 2015, Fox debuted a science-fiction mystery series called "Wayward Pines" starring Matt Dillon as U.S. Secret Service agent Ethan Burke who is sent to investigate the mysterious disappearance of two fellow agents in a small town in Idaho. After getting in a car accident, he awakens to discover he cannot leave Wayward Pines, nor can he contact anyone outside of the town. He quickly learns that one of the missing agents is dead, while the other, his ex-partner Kate (Carla Gugino) has simply settled down and started a new life in the town.
If that wasn't odd enough, Wayward Pines is boxed in by an electric fence and run by Sheriff Arnold Pope (Terrence Howard), who punishes any attempts to flee the city with a public execution known as a "reckoning." If this sounds like David Lynch's "Twin Peaks" by way of Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery," you're not far off.

God is a Bullet offers an “unrelenting gauntlet of violence,” and an Nsfw new exclusive clip provided to Bloody Disgusting highlights just how gnarly this revenge thriller can get.
After last month’s theatrical release, God is a Bullet is now available on Digital and VOD.
Check out the exclusive clip below that sees Maika Monroe’s character take no prisoners when chasing down a lead, demonstrating how badly a human body can get mangled. If legs bending in ways they should never bend makes you squeamish, beware.
The film follows “detective Bob Hightower (Coster-Waldau), who finds his ex-wife murdered and his daughter kidnapped by an insidious cult. With the help of the cult’s only female victim escapee, Case Hardin (Monroe), Bob and Case go down the rabbit hole with The Ferryman (Jamie Foxx) to save his daughter and find closure for Case from the cult – and its maniacal...

Spoiler Alert: This recap contains spoilers for Season 4, Episode 4 of “Succession,” now streaming on HBO Max.
After standing united against their father for so long, it’s a Roy Sibling Battle Royale on “Succession” once again.
Last week’s episode delivered a series-best bombshell that had the entire “Succession” world (and our own) buzzing about the death of Logan Roy (Brian Cox). Somehow, this Sunday’s follow-up cranked the drama and tension even higher, with the Roy extended family wasting no time in plotting the interim Waystar Royco CEO. After the dust settled and the tears dried up, Kendall (Jeremy Strong) and Roman (Kieran Culkin) are the ultimate victors, with Shiv (Sarah Snook) getting left out…for now.
But this episode gives us another jaw-dropping twist in the “Succession” circle of life. Barely two minutes in, we learn that Shiv is pregnant! Cue the opening credits as we sit in shock.
