Christian Antidormi went to big heights the final Spartacus season as young Tiberius.
Only two episodes left to go for the Starz series Spartacus: War Of The Damned, and if you think the testosterone mix of blood, sex and tears is going to go out quietly, you’re mistaken in a big way.
In the previous episode, we saw our gay brother Agron (Dan Feuerriegel) tragically fall during battle, but it may have been an even bigger shock when Crixus, played by hunky Manu Bennett, died at the sword of young Tiberius, or "Tibby" as fans on this site have taken to calling him.
Will Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) and his remaining crew get their revenge on Tibby, Caesar (Todd Lasance) and Tibby’s father, Cassus (Simon Merrells)? Or will they continue to fall one by one until next week’s series finale?
For a glimpse into where we’ve been...

Want Spartacus: War of the Damned spoilers? We’ve got them in the form of two new videos. Sharpen your swords, because the promo and episode clip are on fire, quite literally.
If you’re all caught up with the Starz series, then you know that last Friday night’s episode, titled “Blood Brothers”, left Spartacus in a nasty bind. We are at the midpoint of season 3 now and lead by Caesar, the Romans are in full attack mode. Yes, the gate has been breached. Blood will spill. In fact, when we last saw Caesar himself, he was telling Dan Feuerriegel’s Agron, Ellen Hollman’s Saxa and those with them to “run”. If you’re holding your breathe, wondering what happens next, simply press play to pick up where the episode left off.
Can the city still be salvaged? Is all hope lost? Will Spartacus turn tail and run?...

Fans of Starz's "Spartacus" franchise were saddened to hear that the third season, "War of the Damned," would be the final season.
So why did Starz decide to end a show that averaged 6 million viewers per episode after its second season? At the Television Critics Press Association Summer Press Tour, Starz CEO and president Chris Albrecht said, "Better to leave people wanting more than to risk repeating ourselves and diminishing the impact of the franchise."
Albrecht added that he joined Starz when Season 1 of "Spartacus," "Blood and Sand," was in post-production and everyone attached to the project was "always well aware that this was going to be a very different show once the slaves were in the hills ... We ended up having to tell two distinct stories, which is something you don't really want to do in serialized drama."
And then, of course, there was the tragic death of "Spartacus" star Andy Whitfield,...

Spartacus: War of the Damned: Christian Antidormi to Play Tiberius
TV Line is reporting that Spartacus: War of the Damned has found its young Tiberius, son of Marcus Crassus hell-bent on impressing his wealthy patriarch, in Australian actor Christian Antidormi. This will be the first international role for the 20-year old actor, known for his roles in As the Bell Rings and Home and Away, and likely one final addition to the last season of Spartacus.
The third season finds the rebel army on the run after dispatching the latest Roman attempt at squashing the flame of freedom that had been spreading throughout the area, with the wealthiest, most powerful men at the time banding together to bring them down. Spartacus has managed to fight off swarms of soldiers, sparking a movement of change and uprising in the process, but can he combat the sheer volume of resources being pumped...

Often shows scale down during their final season, cutting back on production costs to balance out the cost of the rising contracts.
Not Spartacus.
In Spartacus: War of the Damned, the series’ final season, fans can look forward to bigger, bolder fight scenes. The scale has been increased to accommodate the ranks of Spartacus’ (Liam McIntyre) rebelling slaves, which now totals more than 30,000 after the victory at the Battle of Vesuvius and demise of Gaius Claudius Glaber.

On Monday, June 4, Starz announced that their hit show "Spartacus" wouldn't go beyond Season 3. Though fans will be disappointed to hear the news, it sounds like this season is going to be even more intense than the last. Zap2it spoke to executive producer Steven DeKnight, who gave us some information about what we're going to see in the final season "Spartacus: War of the Damned."
He tells us a bit more about the new character Crassus, played by Simon Merrels. "We have mentioned that Crassus is kind of the "Elite Roman Boogie Man". Everybody whispers about Crassus. You don't want to cross Crassus. We really knew that we were gonna introduce Crassus, but we wanted to lay in that feeling that this is a guy that not only the rebels fear, but also other Romans fear. A one night stand turns deadly for a college student when he sleeps with the niece of the person he is house sitting for.
What might seem like a standard film premise is given a nice horror twist. The first half is a little bit slow at times. The principal setting of Crush could have been used more effectively to create an eerie atmosphere. However, once the plot develops, Crush comes alive with energy and momentum. Crush becomes this rollercoaster ride of suspense. Emma Lung and Christopher Egan generate some fireworks with dynamic confrontational scenes. There is effective stalking scenes between protagonist and antagonist. A memorable dream sequence really hits the spot in creating tension and unease. And the finale is refreshingly unexpected.

John Soto's (Needle, Prey) Crush is a thriller film from Australia that puts Christopher Egan in the central role of an isolated housesitter. The film pays homage to Fatal Attraction with the tagline "Attraction Can Be Fatal," and the film offers a unique twist on the love affair gone very wrong angle. As well, the soundtrack enhances a visually appealing film from cinematographer Richard Malins (Stump, Crush).
The film's storyline centrally involves Julian (Egan), a prize winning martial arts champion. Egan is a multi-faceted character with a love for the drink and an occasional beautiful woman. These very human weaknesses land Julian in hot waters with his girlfriend, employer, teacher, and coach when Julian turns to the sexy Anna (Emma Lung) for intimacy and excitement.
