The duo - who were eliminated from the show in the past two weeks - have agreed to join the nationwide extravaganza along with Bonnie Langford and Beth Tweddle, who is still in the competition.
They join previously announced contestants Ray Quinn, Hayley Tamaddon, Kyran Bracken and Joe Pasquale for the live shows, which kick off in March.
Shaw said that being part of the tour is the "perfect way to celebrate what has been one of the best experiences of [her] life", while Gates added: "I'm glad I don't have to hang up my skates just yet - I can't wait to get on the tour and skate all around the country!"

Suzanne Shaw has become the latest celebrity to leave Dancing on Ice All-Stars.
Her exit follows on from Gareth Gates who left the show last Sunday (February 9).
Shaw was up against former rugby player Kyran Bracken in what was her first ever skate-off.
Bracken skated to Michael Jackson's famous track 'Billie Jean', while Shaw opted for 'Music' by Madonna.
Shaw made a number of mistakes in her routine, resulting in judges Ashley Roberts and Jason Gardiner saving Bracken.
Temporary judge Nicky Slater also saved Bracken, but said: "Neither of you should be here."
Karen Barber added that she would also have opted to save Bracken.
Shaw blamed her stumbles on her nerves, saying: "I think it's because I haven't had experience doing the skate-off before."
She added: "I really wanted to try and make it all the way to the final. I'm just glad we went out on one of our best skates.

Gareth Gates has become the latest celebrity to leave Dancing on Ice All-Stars.
The singer follows in the footsteps of Bonnie Langford, who exited the ITV competition at the end of last Sunday's live show.
Gates and partner Brianne Delcourt had to battle it out in the skate-off with Sam Attwater and Vicky Ogden to decide who remained in the show when the two couples found themselves bottom after this week's vote.
Attwater performed to 'Dream Catch Me' by Newton Faulkner in the skate-off, while Gates skated to U2's 'Beautiful Day' in a bid to stay in the competition.
Judges Nicky Slater, Ashley Roberts and Jason Gardiner voted to save Attwater. Stand-in head judge Karen Barber agreed with the other judges, opting to eliminate Gates from the competition.
Following the vote, Gates said: "It's been amazing. I just want to thank this lovely lady [Brianne], she's been amazing."

Nicky Slater has admitted that he and Christopher Dean were never the best of friends.
The former Dancing On Ice judge said that while he appeared on the ITV show, he felt there was always tension between him and the skating champion, because of comments he made on his skills many years ago.
“There was rivalry between us way back, when we competed against each other,” he told the Daily Mail. “He is the alpha male on the show and maybe he remembers that I once said that, while he was a good skater, it was Jayne who provided his golden ticket to the top.

Former ‘Dancing On Ice’ judge Nicky Slater has hit out at bosses of the ITV1 show for failing to secure famous celebrity contestants.
The skating champion – who was axed from the series last year – claimed the John Sergeant factor is taking over and the reality show is no longer “serious”, with too much emphasis has been put on entertainment and improving the look of the set.
He said: “They could have spent more money on booking better-known stars rather than making expensive cosmetic changes to the set.
“Once they establish their personalities with viewers it won’t matter whether they are A-list or Z-list. The emphasis now is on entertainment, rather than having a serious ice dancing competition – which is the wrong way around.”

View the original post Dancing On Ice 2011: Emma Bunton will be ‘harder than last year’ on Unreality TV
Emma Bunton has warned the new Dancing On Ice conetstants that she plans to be more harsh in her critique of them this year.
The former Spice Girl insists that the fact she is pregnant with her second child, won’t make her more warm and fuzzy, adding that now there are only three judges, she will be taking the time to share her opinions in full.
Nicky Slater was sacked from the panel last year and Karen Barber has moved from the panel to become head coach and mentor to the celebrities.
Speaking about the new lineup Emma told The Sun:
“Having just three of us means it’s more pressure on us – but it’s given us the chance to deliver our opinions more.

Dancing On Ice returns to our screens on the 9th of January, but the new series will have a slight twist at the beginning.
This year, the skaters will face a number of twists and turns – and not just in their routines. Only 12 places will be available on Dancing on Ice 2011 but we start with 16 star skaters. This means two skaters will leave in each of the first and second shows, before the competition has even got going – and it will be the public who decides who gets to stay! The new look format means the skaters have everything to gain from the moment they set foot on the ice and must give their very best in performance otherwise they may find themselves going home early.
There will also be 11 new pro-skaters joining the sixth series with show favourites; Matt Evers, Daniel Whiston, Frankie Poultney, Maria Filippov and Brianne Delcourt.
