Born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Attended Brigham Young University
in Provo, Utah. Started in visual effects developing 3D animation
technology for feature films. Worked with Brett Leonard ("The Lawnmower
Man")on his first feature film digitizing Denzel Washington and Russell
Crowe for the virtual-reality thriller "Virtuosity" (1995). Founded the
House of Moves motion capture studio in Venice, California in 1997
working in film, television and the video game industry. Worked with
James Cameron on "Titanic" (1997). Has been a consultant on several
feature films including "Spiderman" (2002), "Harry Potter" (2001), "The
Patriot" (2000) and "Blade" (1998). Has also consulted for several
video game titles such as "Madden" football and the "Tekken". Currently
works in entertainment franchise licensing and development.
