The first season of CBB USA was in Winter 2018. It featured actress Shannon Elizabeth, Keshia Knight Pulliam from The Cosby Show, singer Mark McGrath, UFC fighter Chuck Liddell, and NBA star Metta World Peace.
Broadway actress Marissa Jaret Winokur won that first season, with television host Ross Mathews finishing as the runner-up.
Reality TV star Tamar Braxton won a follow-up season played in 2019, and Mma fighter Miesha Tate won CBB3 during Winter 2022.

Inside MPTF’s Evening Before Benefit with Stars of ‘Succession,’ ‘Ted Lasso’ and ‘Abbott Elementary’
Who doesn’t love a group photo packed with big-name actors?
A slew of stars came together to say cheese and help raise north of $2.5 million in West Hollywood on Saturday night at the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s 17th annual Evening Before benefit. Co-chaired by Quinta Brunson and Bob Odenkirk, the annual event takes place ahead of the Emmy Awards, and this weekend’s installment shifted to the new year to follow the TV Academy’s celebration due to the dual strikes last summer.
“We’ve had quite a year, and this organization and its fundraiser has helped many weather the storm,” said Brunson. Added Odenkirk, “I’m thrilled to be a co-chair of MPTF’s Evening Before benefit with Quinta. MPTF really stepped up during a very challenging year to support the entertainment community, and I’m proud to be a part of a fundraiser that will help to sustain that vital support.

As the masked contestant’s time on the show came to a close, Cow performed “Take a Bow” by Rihanna, and was revealed as R&b singer-songwriter Ne-Yo. By the show’s end, panelist Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke were able to pin Ne-Yo, who...

The judges on The Masked Singer were caught off guard when John Oates was revealed as the Anteater on the singing competition reality show on Wednesday night (December 13th) — despite the obvious “Maneater” reference staring them right in the face.
Prior to the big reveal, Oates performed a rousing rendition of Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B Goode,” though his weighty costume prevented him from doing any dance moves besides flailing his arms around. Watch a full replay below.
None of the members of the judging panel — comprised of Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke — were able to guess who was under the costume. McCarthy Wahlberg in particular was beside herself after having previously interviewed Oates for SiriusXM.

Metta says his family inspired him to participate on the show even though he “can’t sing.” He explains, “I almost just kept it under the table. I tried to outprice myself so they could say, ‘No, we’re not going to bring you on this show.’ I tried to do everything...

Spoiler Alert: Do not read ahead if you have not watched Season 10, Episode 8 of “The Masked Singer,” “Trolls Night,” which aired Nov. 15 on Fox.
Metta World Peace knows he’s not a great singer, but “The Masked Singer” is the one place where you can get away with it. Well, one of two places.
“The only place you’re really allowed to sing if you’re not a singer, is the shower and ‘The Masked Singer,’” the former NBA star told Variety. “I had the perfect excuse. So, I really don’t want to hear anything from anybody saying ‘Metta can’t sing, was he trying to come out with an album?’ Nope, I was on ‘The Masked Singer.’ And I get a pass.”

Now that Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is returning to Jersey Shore, that can only mean one thing for Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. We’ve already addressed the likely reasons Sam chose now to make her return to reality TV. Here’s what we think Sam joining Jersey Shore: Family Vacation means for Ronnie, who hasn’t appeared in any new episodes of the MTV series.
Ronnie is unlikely to return to ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ now that Sam is around
While we can’t be certain, we can speculate that Ronnie won’t be part of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation anymore, at least for the rest of season 6. The second half of the MTV series is currently filming and with Sammi “Sweetheart” involved, Ronnie’s reappearance is highly unlikely.
Sam initially didn’t want to be part of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation when it started in 2018 because she wanted to “avoid potentially toxic situations.

Lil Wayne brought the heat, Cardi B was both hilarious and heartwarming and Kevin Costner remembered Whitney Houston at Clive Davis’ annual white-hot pre-Grammy gala, which made its return after three years.
Lil Wayne was energetic onstage, getting audience members out of their seats — from Machine Gun Kelly to Swizz Beatz — with a fiery performance of his hits, including “Lollipop,” “A Milli,” “Uproar,” “John” and more.
“I am here on behalf of Young Money Records. I’d like to thank Mr. Davis for having,” Lil Wayne, holding a microphone in one hand and a joint in the other, said Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton. “If you know anything about me, I love to have fun onstage.”

Exclusive: CBS won’t be heading back into the Panamanian jungle.
Deadline understands that celebrity-competition series Beyond the Edge has been canceled after one season.
The show, which premiered in March 2022 and ran through May, followed Survivor and was in a slot that previously featured Tough as Nails and The Amazing Race, but it struggled to break out.

The series featured nine celebrities who traded their worlds of luxury to live in the dangerous jungles of Panama for two weeks — testing whether they have the grit to withstand torrential downpours, scorching heat and deadly wildlife. There wasn’t any judges or eliminations – instead, each celebrity had to rely on their inner fortitude, physical ability and courage and have faith in their teammates to endure in the wild.

It’s not I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here — but it sure is close. CBS on Wednesday debuted Beyond the Edge, a new reality show from Renegade (Naked and Afraid) that drops nine celebrities into the jungles of Panama to compete in challenges while earning cash for their charities (and personal pocketbooks).
Even before its debut, CBS executives privately marveled at how the show was “really killing” its participants — a rather sobering nod to the nasty elements faced by former NBC champ Metta World Peace, former NFL linebacker Ray Lewis, American Idol alum Lauren Alaina, actress Jodie Sweetin (Full House), supermodel Paulina Porizkova, former NFL player and coach Mike Singletary, country artist Craig Morgan, former Bachelor Colton Underwood and The Real Housewives of New York City’s Eboni K. Williams.

CBS’ ‘Beyond the Edge’ Sent Celebrities to the Jungle — And Producers Were Terrified They’d All Quit
CBS and the producers behind the network’s new reality series “Beyond the Edge” were bracing for their celebrity cast to mutiny. They even had contingency plans in place, just in case their stars decided to give up in the face of grueling conditions.
“I remember in the middle of production, saying on multiple occasions, ‘I can’t believe they’re still out there,’” says CBS alternative series senior VP Mitch Graham. “You never know in a new format, what you’re going to get. We had an eight-episode order in place. My biggest concern was whether or not people would stick with it, and whether we could actually complete a series order.”
Created and produced by Renegade, the company behind Discovery’s long-running smash “Naked and Afraid”, “Beyond the Edge” features nine celebs roughing it on an island in Panama, teaming up and competing in challenges to earn money for their designated charities.

CBS is sending celebrities into the wild. As first reported by TMZ, the Eye network is believed to be working on a new reality series to air this spring, which Variety has learned will be titled “Beyond the Edge.” The show would pit celebs in a “Survivor”-like battle of strategy, wits and muscle.
The network is officially declining comment on the news. “Untold” is ostensibly about sports, but there’s a curious connector across the new Netflix documentary series. In each of the five episodes, as the best laid plans of teams and athletes begin to unravel, TV ends up a catalyzing factor. Partly, that’s the inevitable byproduct of fame: More notoriety leads to more eyeballs and all the swirling problems that increased attention can bring.
But the parade of nightly news reports and late-night talk show guest spots also illustrates what makes “Untold” such an enticing premise to be seen through a sports lens. As the title implies, the series examines specific chapters in a variety of sports, offering the people at the center the chance to share their feelings years (or in some cases decades) later.
Some of these have a true-crime tinge to them, as with installments covering a minor league hockey team caught up in a federal...
