- Tower served honorably in the United States Marine Corps on an 8 year contract. He is the recipient of many awards and commendations to include Global War on Terror Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal.
- Tower is a practitioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu and has studied under SiFu Eric Oram.
- Tower broke into the entertainment industry through his love for music. In 2006, 2 of his songs of which he wrote and performed ("Boy to a Man" & "Frustrations") were placed on Warner Bros. Television's Gilmore Girls in season 6 episode 22 "Partings". Impressed with his artistic abilities and look, Tower was asked to appear in the episode in which he received his first sync licensing/placement and appearance on network television.
- Tower is a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
- Tower performs musically under the stage name Topango Stargazer. The name was adopted and modified in honor of his co-worker's late family service dog Topanga Stargazer.
- Tower's forefather Tower J. Hazard I, a leading abolitionist and Underground Railroad Station Master, worked with the likes of famed American abolitionist Ms. Harriet Tubman to hide runaway slaves in the Hazard family home Town of Harvard, Massachusetts and other locations along the Northern Freedom Trail.
