Celebrity Big Brother kicked off last night and as always, people across the nation were scratching their heads in confusion. Austin Armacost? Farrah Abraham? Nope. But CBB has a grand tradition of sticking in non-celebrities in the house and passing them off as famous faces...
1. Katia Ivanova - Celebrity Big Brother 7
An early example of a housemate famous more for a former romance (Ronnie Wood) than any actual career. Even after Katia's brief fling with fellow housemate Basshunter, she's still not well-known enough for her own Wikipedia page.

Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee in the hot tub with Gary Busey; Helen Flanagan weeping relentlessly in the Diary Room; and David McIntosh parading around in Those short shorts.... the possibilities for this series of Celebrity Big Brother are endless.
So, as we eagerly await for the mystery(ish) celebrity guests to enter the famous house in Elstree, we've decided to reminisce with our favourite ever star contestants below:
1. Jackie Stallone
"Yeah, Jackie," were the only two words uttered from the side of Jackie's heavily siliconed mouth as she entered the house, draped in fur and dripping in jewels. Her entrance soon became one of the most memorable moments from the entire series.
It was part-Jackie's presence, part-Jackie's face that really shocked Brigitte Nielsen back on the show in 2005 when her former mother-in-law entered the house on day five.

'Celebrity Big Brother' bosses have had to step in after Bobby Sabel made Darryn Lyons drink sweat. The male model has been officially warned about his conduct on the Channel 5 show after he was given the job of "oiling" the Tin Man - played by the pink-haired paparrazo - with water in the Wizard of Oz task every time he heard a creak. However, rather than pouring water over his head, Bobby went to the house sauna and collected sweat, which he then made his arch enemy drink. He bragged to his fellow housemates: "I greased him good." But the prank didn't go...

Bobby Sabel has seemingly ended his feud with Celebrity Big Brother housemate Darryn Lyons. The warring pair were alone in the garden discussing the possibility of a surprise eviction tonight, which could have seen Sabel leave the house wearing his Dorothy outfit from this week's Wizard Of Oz task, and decided to bury the hatchet ahead of the model's potential exit. "I tell you from me, mate, there's no hard feelings whatsoever," Lyons began. "Definitely not, mate," Sabel agreed. "Definitely not. I'd go so far as to say that you're actually quite (more)...

The Celebrity Big Brother housemates have passed their Wizard Of Oz-themed shopping task. The famous inmates were transformed into characters from the classic fantasy tale yesterday and set a series of tasks relating to their new alter egos. Big Brother tonight gathered the group in the living room to reveal the outcome of the task, first confirming that Darryn Lyons - aka the Tin Man - had proven himself to have a heart and Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff - the Cowardly Lion - had shown her courage. As Lyons was awarded his 'heart' to a round of applause, Bobby Sabel sniped: "Now you've given him a spare and he can be an arse again." Big Brother then revealed that Amy Childs - the Scarecrow - had proven herself to have a brain and Lucien Laviscount, who became the Wicked Witch, had (more)...

Darryn Lyons has been tricked into drinking Bobby Sabel's sweat. The pair's Celebrity Big Brother housemates were left horrified as the paparazzi photographer revealed that Sabel had played a joke on him as the Wizard of Oz-themed shopping task continues. Lyons told his fellow celebrities: "He put his excretion in a drink which he gave me yesterday. He put it down my neck. But he later pulled me to one side and apologised. "I'm not bothered, I've drank worse things than that, it's just the thought of it. I thought he said he'd p***ed in it.

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff and Darryn Lyons have won their respective Celebrity Big Brother Wizard of Oz tasks. Bach-Hasselhoff, dressed as the Cowardly Lion, passed her test of courage by allowing her hand to be slammed on a number of plastic cups - one of which had a sharp spike inside it - by Britain's Got Talent magician David Penn. Meanwhile, Lyons - as the Tin Man - also reigned victorious after proving he had a heart. The paparazzo was given the chance to have his favourite meal, a glass of white wine and quality time with his pet parrot Mr P. However, he decided to forego the three 'selfish' desires to bag a Chinese takeaway for the rest of the housemates, (more)...

Amy Childs is pleading with 'Celebrity Big Brother' viewers to get rid of Bobby Sabel. After being subjected to a tirade of abuse from the 25-year-old male model earlier this week, the reality TV beauty branded the hunk a "div" with "no balls", and is hopeful he will be voted off the Channel 5 show in the live eviction tomorrow night (26.08.11). She told fellow housemate Darryn Lyons: "Bobby is just an absolute bug. He has got balls in the diary room but not out here. I love everyone in here but the only person that's got to me is Bobby. He's...

Celebrity Big Brother's Darryn Lyons clashed with Amy Childs last night after the Essex beautician removed her outfit during the shopping task. The housemates are spending three days in the world of The Wizard of Oz, with each celebrity taking on a role from the 1939 film. While Lyons plays the Tin Man, Childs is serving as the Scarecrow. The bedroom row occurred when Bobby Sabel explained that it was "breaking the rules" to not wear the costumes provided by Big Brother. In his expletive-filled rant, Lyons appeared to suggest that Childs had not worn her outfit after taking a shower. Apologising, the 21-year-old insisted that it had only been "10 minutes" as she needed (more)...
