Oprah Winfrey for president! During the Golden Globes on Sunday night, host Seth Meyers joked that the Hollywood icon should run for office during his opening monologue, and it didn't take long for people to get on board. After giving the best speech of the night for her Cecil B. DeMille award, the hashtag #Oprah2020 quickly started trending on Twitter. So is Oprah really heading to the White House? Her longtime partner, Stedman Graham, certainly supports the idea. "It's up to the people," he told the Los Angeles Times. "She would absolutely do it." She might have some competition, though. Last year, Dwayne Johnson admitted that he was seriously considering running for office - although, we have a feeling he might settle for Vice President with Oprah Winfrey on the ticket.

While it seemed like wishful thinking by those caught up in the moment, a Winfrey-fronted ticket may not be as far-fetched as you may think. Winfrey’s longtime partner, Stedman Graham, wouldn’t rule out a future run. “It’s up to the people,” Graham told the L.A. Oprah Winfrey laughed when Seth Meyers used reverse psychology to encourage her to run for president in 2020 (with Tom Hanks on the ticket, no less!) during the 2018 Golden Globe Awards — but almost everyone, including longtime partner Stedman Graham, is in support of the idea.
“It’s up to the people,” Graham told the Los Angeles Times. “She would absolutely do it.”
Celebrities and social media users alike rallied behind the idea after Winfrey accepted the Cecil B. DeMille Award at Sunday’s ceremony, an honorary award bestowed by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for outstanding contributions to the world of entertainment.

Oprah Winfrey has always made her own rules, and that’s no different when it comes to her personal life.
The media mogul, 63, has set the record straight in the past, saying that she and boyfriend Stedman Graham aren’t considering marriage. In fact, the topic of tying the knot was never seriously on the table for the couple, who’ve been together since 1986.
“Nobody believes it, but it’s true,” Winfrey told Vogue for their September issue. “The only time I brought it up was when I said to Stedman, ‘What would have happened if we had actually gotten married?...

Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham have been together for more than three decades, but just because they're fiercely devoted to each other doesn't mean they need to walk down the aisle. In fact, the famous talk-show host admitted that they've only talked about marriage once during the course of their relationship. "The only time I brought it up was when I said to Stedman, 'What would have happened if we had actually gotten married?'" the 63-year-old told Vogue. "And the answer is: 'We wouldn't be together.' We would not have stayed together, because marriage requires a different way of being in this world. His interpretation of what it means to be a husband and what it would mean for me to be a wife would have been pretty traditional, and I would not have been able to fit into that." While the couple faced wedding rumors last September,...

Oprah Winfrey has somehow managed to carve out a private life for herself, despite being one of the most famous women alive. She goes out with longtime partner Stedman Graham, she and Bff Gayle King are nothing if not the picture of vacation goals and, obviously, if you end up on a yacht with Barack and Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks and Bruce Springsteen, long-lens photos will be taken. But for the most part, she has pointedly kept the particulars of her personal relationships largely under wraps. Except for one, that is. Namely, her highly public relationship with her weight. That love-hate relationship has been playing out on TV and the covers of magazines for...

Oprah Winfrey has no regrets about never becoming a mother. In fact, it was a conscious decision.
While the Queen of Talk -- who has been in a relationship with Stedman Graham since 1986 -- has never had children of her own, she tells the April issue of Good Housekeeping U.K. that she feels very maternal towards the women in her Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls. "I have 172 girls, and 20 are in college in the United States and use my home as their home base. It is more rewarding than I would ever have imagined," she gushes. "When people were pressuring me to get married and have children, I knew I was not going to be a person that ever regretted not having them, because I feel like I am a mother to the world’s children."

Oprah Winfrey decided on an intimate gathering to celebrate her birthday this year, and her pal, Gayle King, was on hand to snap some photos.
The Queen of Talk turned 63 on Jan. 29, and had a small dinner party with guests including King and Winfrey's boyfriend, Stedman Graham.
"From better late than never file!" King shared a photo from the small soiree. "Forgot to post @Oprah happy [birthday] dinner! Her request, pasta page 155 in the new cookbook."
King is referring to Winfrey's cookbook, Food, Health and Happiness.
The CBS Sunday Morning anchor also shared a photo collage of Winfrey receiving some gifts and treats. In one pic, Winfrey is holding Play-Doh and looking a little confused. "Fav daughter 'gots' jokes Play-Doh gift!" King explained. "Oprah never had it! That's her thanx-a-lot face"
King, 62, also posted images of Winfrey's lavish birthday cake and truffle fries, which she says equals "happiness!"
This must have been a cheat day for King and Winfrey, who have been doing Weight Watchers together for a little over a year. Winfrey recently shared that she was down 40 pounds since starting the program.
"I can honestly tell you I struggle no more," she said in a commercial for the brand. "I live well while losing weight. It is easier than it's ever been."...
