The Watchdogs Make A Big Mistake When They Target 'Hellfire' In This New Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Clip
Comic fans will probably be aware that the Marvel 616 version of Hellfire actually winds up joining the Secret Warriors and getting quite close to Daisy. It remains to be seen in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. incarnation follows suit, but based on this clip from tonight's penultimate season 3 episode, ol' James T. James is having a lot of fun serving Hive. “Emancipation” – With only two episodes left before S.H.I.E.L.D. loses one of their own, Daisy’s prophecy ticks closer towards a major loss, as the aftermath of the events of “Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War” force S.H.I.E.L.D. to register the Inhumans, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” Tuesday, May 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m. Edt), on the ABC Television Network. Next week's installment of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. takes place after the events of Captain America: Civil War, so obviously a tie-in or two was inevitable. In this second clip from "Emancipation", Talbot has a sit down with Coulson in an effort to convince him to register his Inhuman recruits in accordance with the Sokovia Accords. Of course, it's no surprise that the Director is 100% #TeamCap and tells him where to go. Things are really starting to heat up as we head towards the season 3 finale of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. This clip from the penultimate episode (unless you count the 2-hour finale as separate eps) below sees Hive, Daisy, Hellfire and the others round up some members of the Watchdogs for a little science experiment. Some might say they had it coming! It looks like the team are beginning to comprehend just how powerful Hive is as we head towards the season 3 finale of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The promo for the penultimate episode (unless you count the 2-hour finale as separate eps) below seems to show the parasitic villain and his Inhuman recruits laying waste to members of the Watchdog group, as Coulson and co. try to figure out their master plan. It's always a dicey proposition when a well-known filmmaker "presents" a film they didn't necessarily produce or direct. Usually the "presents" designation is something that occurs long after a film is done, and the producers are able to call in a favor (or throw a few bucks) to someone whose name has a certain degree of film geek credibility. Think of "Quentin Tarantino Presents," for a good example, or perhaps "Wes Craven Presents" for the not-so-good examples. (Nothing against Mr. Craven; I simply prefer the films he actually directs, not "presents.")
Now we can add Joe Dante (director of Piranha, The Howling, Gremlins, The Hole, and many other great flicks) to the list of cool filmmakers who now "present" films that aren't exactly up to their own directorial standards. For some odd reason (possibly because it features his old pal Robert Picardo), Joe Dante Presents Trail of Blood, and let's...

Trail Of Blood may be presented by Joe Dante – who is attached as a producer – but it is written and directed by Joseph and Justin Guerrieri, marking the duo’s feature directorial debut.
The story follows Jim Lerner, a young U.S. Marine, and his six friends as they go on a weekend camping trip. Deep in the woods they stumble upon, of all things, the mutilated corpses of another vacationing couple. They then meet the “Angel of Death” – really just a disturbed war veteran – who mistakes them for the killers, takes them hostage, and forces them into a series of traumatizing mind games that push them to, and possibly over, the edge.
The official website claims “Their maddening fight for survival will uncover the darkest parts of humanity and leave you breathless,” but you can watch the trailer – a montage of guns, knives, blood and one-liners – and be the judge of that yourself…...
