In a plotline nobody saw coming (let alone a movie being made about it) a young Bernie Sanders swears a blood oath to Joseph Stalin in the trailer for the upcoming satirical comedy, “Free Lunch Express.”
The movie is clearly not trying to portray Sanders in a positive light. For example, at one point, a young Sanders can be seen in front of a propaganda poster of Stalin, saying, “I totally pledge with this blood oath to dedicate my life to never picking up a dinner check, never donating to charity, and like in the glorious Soviet Union, making sure the government pays for everything.”
Malcolm McDowell serves as the film’s narrator. “Aw, Bernie, bless his cotton socks,” McDowell caps off the trailer by saying.

If this weekend you’re only seeing one depressing character study about an unemployable, fatherless, antisocial manchild who lives with his sickly mother, is often unattractively shirtless, and eventually decides society must pay violently for his general misery … then you are almost certainly going to “Joker.” As it happens, however, there is an alternative also fitting that description perfectly well. “Cuck” is, in fact, “Joker” with even less vestige of superheroics than Todd Phillips’ atypical comic-book movie, about precisely the sort of people some have feared will take “Joker” as an incitement to real-world violence: the usually white incel-type man who feels marginalized and somehow robbed of success, who in worst-case scenarios ends up shooting up a school, workplace or other public space to feel his rage isn’t entirely impotent.
It’s certainly worth having more than one film wade into this terrain, particularly since “Joker” allegedly goes out...

Bad guys beware. There's a brand-new superhero in town. He's called the Liberator and he's played by Lou Ferrigno, a guy with more than a little experience in the realm of comic book heroes.
Liberator is the story of Ed Migliocetti (Ferrigno), an ex-pro football player who gave up his career to join the military. After being drafted into the "Enhanced Abilities Initiative," Ed was dubbed the Liberator and teamed with a group of fellow "supers" known as Sidewinder, Gaia and Volt. Though he soon found himself doing the government's dirty work — assassinations, regime changes, infrastructure sabotage — Ed followed orders. He was a good soldier.
But when a mission went bad, Ed was set up as the fall guy and sent to prison as a traitor. After a decade behind bars, Ed is released and determined to set the record straight. But his efforts aren't appreciated by those who threw him under the bus.

This is the Pure Movies review of The Last Airbender (directed by M. Night Shyamalan and starring Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Cliff Curtis Nicola Peltz Noah Ringer Jessica Andres, Seychelle Gabriel and Shaun Toub). Written by Pure Movies writer Suki Ferguson. There are films that are considered, by cult consensus, to be ‘so bad they’re good.’ Sadly, the same cannot be said of The Last Airbender. It is mind-bogglingly bad, and boring with it. Our hero is a young Bender (stop giggling back there!) named Aang who specializes in ‘bending’ air. Apparently he is the last one, and he must prove to the element-themed world he lives in that he is an Avatar, a being equipped to save the peaceful Water Nation from the evil Fire Nation. What do You think of The Last Airbender? Comment now at www.puremovies.co.uk...

'Last Airbender' movie delivered a great story with awesome scenes. Paramount Pictures new "Last Airbender" flick hit the theaters today. I just got through watching it,and I must say I totally disagree with the top movie critics this week. Most of them thought it was horrible, but this movie was freakin awesome. It delivered a lot of action, cool special effects with a great storyline. I was totally captivated by every element of this movie. It stars: Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Jessica Jade Andres, Aasif Mandvi, Shaun Toub, Cliff Curtis, and Keong Sim. "The Last Airbender" revolved around character Aang (Noah Rider) who is one of the last airbenders left, and the so-called avatar that can manipulate all elements fire, water, air, and earth. However,Aang hasn't yet developed any ability but airbending after forsaking his avatar duty.

Paramount Pictures has released a new film clip for M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender. It's a fairly short clip that shows the fire nation approaching, ready for battle. It looks like a pretty good set up to an epic battle sequence. I'm looking forward to this movie, I hope it tuns out as good as it looks.
In the four nations of Air, Water, Earth, and Fire, the individual elements can be controlled by magical people known as "benders." When the Fire Lord launches a brutal war against the other nations, it leads to a century of destruction with no hope for the future in sight. Caught between combat and courage, the young warrior Aang discovers he is the lone Avatar with the power to manipulate all four elements. He teams with Katara, a Waterbender, and her brother, Sokka, to restore balance to their war-torn land.

It seems like only yesterday that Dave posted the final trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s’s The Last Airbender and riding in on its coattails are these three new images from the film.
Despite the Shyamalan factor no longer having the positive influence over the general expectation of his films what we’ve seen of the film so far (in the many trailers and images) looks pretty good.
The Last Airbender stars Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Jessica Jade Andres, Aasif Mandvi, Shaun Toub, Cliff Curtis and Keong Sim.
