French Culture Minister Aurélie Filippetti and Womens’ Rights Minister Najat Vallaud-Belkacem signed a charter on Thursday in pursuit of equality for women and men in the local film business. Included in the text are pledges to apply equal pay and fight against stereotypes, and a bid to encourage projects that subvert traditional representations of women and men.
