- Laura Hunter Drago is an award-winning film producer, screenwriter, and occasional actress/model living in Los Angeles, California. Co-owner of New Girl Pictures LLC, Laura focuses on content created for and by women. Her production company's award-winning feature film To the New Girl (2020) streams on Tubi among other platforms. Their short film, The Echo (2020) won runner up at the Coven Film Festival, and their scripted audio drama St. Mary's School (for children with the stigmata) (2021) which Laura edits, produces, and performs in, has become a popular podcast on Spotify.
Laura trained as an actress at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with the Atlantic Theatre Company conservatory program, and holds a certificate from NYU's Film & Television program.
