Earlier in the week some of you were suggesting that I drop the "Intern" part of my name since I have graduate. It's very kind of you, but puts me in a bind because I'm the one who chose the term "Intern Rusty" so that prospective employers googling me didn't necessarily turn up discussions of thrush and what shows are best for the casual viewer who appreciates handsome men but not plot. (I have a fairly unusual name.) However, I am open to the idea of a new title so if you've got suggestions please let me know. Here's your Thursday night TV:
7:00pm: "Beyoncé: Year of 4" on MTV
8:00pm: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox
"Wipeout" on ABC
9:00pm: "Burn Notice" on USA
"50 Super Epic TV Moments" on E. What's the over/under on how many of those "Epic Moments" have already appeared on...

Hollywood tends to turn even the nicest people into divas. That is so not the case with 'BBQ Pitmasters'' resident king of the 'cue Myron Mixon.
Case in point: While taping the show's second season in L.A., I was invited to hang out with Myron ... at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles of all places. With the scent of maple syrup wafting through the air, a table full of fried meats and livers and all the fixings and, of course, a camera, I got the scoop on this season's competition (Thursdays, 10Pm Et on Tlc) and big $100,000 prize.
Myron has turned in his tongs for a seat at the judges' table this year alongside chef Art Smith and Warren Sapp. He's also on Twitter (@Lord_of_Q -- you can blame the sporadic tweets on my less than stellar training session), but don't...

This week, the show is chock full of song and dance numbers and a few laughs, all smothered in barbecue sauce and served up hot.
Love Brittany on 'Glee'? So do the show's creators -- they even compare her skills to one of the most famous actresses in the world. And is it really a great day at Jeff Lewis' office? The Ocd man behind the interior design empire gives me the scoop on the new season of 'Flipping Out' and America's favorite housekeeper Zoila.
I also get a preview of the big 'Last Comic Standing' finale from judge and comedienne Natasha Leggero, and get the skinny on new 'BBQ Pitmasters' judges Warren Sapp and Art Smith from the master himself, Myron Mixon.

Naps are awesome. While I do wish I was employed in a more regular and definitely a more gainful fashion, one of the big advantages of my current situation is that it allows for nearly daily naps. I think people would be much happier if nap time was a feature through all your life and not just something for pre-schoolers. Think of it; just a two hour break in the middle of the day. You wouldn't have to nap, you could just read or take a leisurely lunch, but why would you? You can do those things when it's not nap time. Anyway, I was just reflecting on that since I'll be napping immediately after I finish this column. Here's your Wednesday night TV:
8:00 p.m.: "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox.
9:00 p.m.: "America's Got Talent" on NBC.
"Are We There Yet" on TBS.
