"High School Musical" star KayCee Stroh took to Twitter on Wednesday to tell fans that she’s expecting her second child with hubby Ben Higginson -- and the announcement was nothing short of adorable. The actress posted an aww-worthy photo of her one-year-old daughter, Zetta Lee, who’s spotted standing in front of a door with the pair's pregnancy news written on a giant chalkboard.
