Disney Channel is getting spooky season started early with the premiere of its next original movie Under Wraps 2.
A sequel to 2021’s Under Wraps, which itself was a remake of the first-ever Disney Channel Original Movie from 1997, is set to premiere on Sunday, Sept. 25, TVLine has learned exclusively.

Under Wraps director Alex Zamm returns to direct the upcoming sequel, penned by Josh A Cagan. The follow up to the 2021 remake of the first Disney Channel Original Movie of the same name, Under Wraps 2 picks up as Amy is preparing for her father’s Spooktacular Halloween-themed wedding to his fiancé Carl. However, plans soon go awry when Amy, Gilbert and Marshall discover that their mummy friend Harold and his beloved Rose may be in danger. Sobek, an evil mummy with a thousand-year-old grudge against his best friend-turned-bitter rival Harold, is unexpectedly awakened and out for revenge. With help from his hypnotized lackey Larry, Sobek kidnaps Rose, and Amy, Gilbert, Marshall, Buzzy and Harold must use their skills once...

Hallmark Channel announced the premiere dates of six all-new movies releasing as part of the network’s “Fall Harvest” programming event, running from Sept. 11 through Oct. 16. The program lineup includes fall romances and holiday specials, alongside a Mystery Movies round of films.

Hallmark’s autumn will be full of original titles as the network unveiled the film lineups for its Fall Harvest and Movie & Mysteries events.
In addition to the previously announced Roadhouse Romance, Hallmark’s Fall Harvest event will feature the weekly premieres of Taking The Reins, South Beach Love and more. The annual Fall Harvest programming event will run from Saturday, September 11 through Saturday, October 16.
From Sunday, September 12 through Sunday, October 17, Hallmark will debut thrilling mysteries each week, including One Summer starring Sam Page, Amanda Schull and Grey’s Anatomy alum Sarah Drew. Also part of the line up are Redemption In Cherry Springs, The Vows We Keep and One Summer.

Hallmark Channel is getting us in the holiday spirit a little early this year. On Sept. 23, the network unveiled its full movie lineup for the upcoming season, and it's stacked. Just like last year, Hallmark will release 40 original films as part of Hallmark Channel's "Countdown to Christmas" and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries' "Miracles of Christmas." While Hallmark alums like Lacey Chabert and Tamera Mowry-Housley will star in a few films, a few stars will be making their Hallmark debut, including Aaron Tveit, Janel Parrish, Jeremy Jordan, and Marisol Nichols.
