“Hindsight” attracted a great deal of hype in Korea, marking the return of “Il Mare” director Lee Hyun Seung after an absence of over a decade. The film also whipped up interest thanks to its casting of one of the country’s most popular and acclaimed stars, Song Kang Ho (“The Host”, “Thirst”) as the male lead, opposite up and coming young actress Shin Se Kyung (“Acoustic”), with an accomplished supporting cast that includes another promising starlet in Esom (“Second Half”), veteran performer Yoon Yeo Jung (who recently impressed with a deadpan turn in “The Housemaid”), Chun Jung Myung (“ Hansel & Gretel”), Lee Jong Hyuk (“Parallel Life”), Kim Min Joon (“No Mercy for the Rude”) and Oh Dal Soo (“Detective K”). With its potentially odd central paring being woven into a tale of gangsters, revenge and uneasy romance, expectations were set high, though the offbeat film surprisingly met with mixed reactions from critics and local audiences.

Immediately following his release from prison in September, T.I. got to work crafting his eighth solo album, Trouble Man, which he plans to debut early in 2012. During a recent stop in New York to promote his VH1 series, "T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle," the Atlanta rapper and reality star told MTV News that he had 50 new songs recorded for the album in a matter of weeks.
"My life inspires my lyrics at all times, so at that moment in time, when I first came home, I have about 15 songs just totally focusing on that," T.I. said. "Out of those 15, I probably picked the two or three most significant, most compelling,...

Finally in the UK – WWE 12 is released today and the big surprise inclusion is the ability to play as former WWE Champion, the Next Big Thing, Brock Lesnar. Brock is one of my favourite WWE performers of all time. Coming in as a power house with a push as big as Goldberg in WCW, this was a guy who was able to actually perform in the ring and yet he was still an athletic rookie before evolving into one of history’s best technical match-having monster and headlining Wrestlemania within a year of being in the company.
Yes, Kurt Angle and The Undertaker would win their first title within a year of debuting but neither of them would headline Wrestlemania (the true sign that you are on top… especially back then) for years after their debuts. And what amazes me the most is that Brock Lesnar was only in WWE...

WWE 12 will finally hit stores on Tuesday (in the U.S.) and on Friday (in the U.K.) and after some stellar reviews in the last few days, I don’t remember being this excited about a wrestling video game in years. IGN’s 9.0 scoring review mentioned the gameplay was ‘No Mercy like’ several times and there is actually a combat system here that makes sense and isn’t just a flashy presentation with no substance to the graphics. But then they still have the graphics and all the cool modes and the first time, Thq’s video game franchise feels like it belongs on the shelf alongside the mastered EA sports franchises of FIFA and Madden. IGN overall called it ‘amazing’.
Over the past few months, Thq have teased us as to what wrestlers will be included in the game and now on the eve of release we have a final figure.

In just over a week, the rebranded WWE 12 will take to the shelves, replacing once and for all the now defunct Smackdown vs Raw title as Thq’s flagship wrestling property. While the developers are keen to promote WWE12 as an evolutionary, rather than revolutionary step, the list of developments and new features this year looks massive compared to the step-ups between earlier franchise additions, and it is perhaps better to think of WWE 12 as a new start entirely.
Fans will buy it, and those pre-disposed to snear at the “fake” sport (I suggest those nay-sayers try suplexing Mark Henry to test their philosophy properly) will probably stay away, but for the first time in a long while for a wrestling title, WWE 12 has a genuine broad appeal. Personally, I count myself as something of a lapsed fan – I cling to the classic eras, adding a rose-tinted gloss to the...

Tom Cruise and what’s left of the Imf team are having a really bad day, and you can see just how rough things are in the new international trailer for Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, as well as scoping out the new character posters that highlight both good guys and bad guys.
The new international trailer has foreign subtitles but our favorite secret agent (aside from Bond, James Bond) is still speaking English so it’s all good. There are a couple of new scenes that weren’t included in the Us trailer but most of it has been seen before. However, it still looks awesome and I can’t wait for this movie to hit theaters.
Check out the trailer and then take a look at the character posters below to learn who all the players are. I think it’s interesting that there are three different taglines working here.
