Toni-Ann Lagana was born in 1987 in Staten Island, New York. She studied at The Art Institute of Philadelphia for Visual Effects and Motion Graphics. While attending school she got an internship at Nickelodeon in New York City. The week of graduation, she was offered a full time job at Nickelodeon as a Production Assistant for the On-Air Promos department. While working at Viacom she also worked for the TriBeCa Film Festival and started to write feature film screenplays and television spec scripts. She received awards from The Beverly Hills Film Festival and the Vancouver International Film Festival for her writing. After three years of working at Nickelodeon she got a job as a Creative Specialist for Discovery Communications. A year later she followed the advice of many Producers and Writers who told her to move out to Los Angeles in order to pursue her career in writing and producing. She became a Producer for the Live Events team at the E! Network where she would work as segment writer and producer for the E! Red Carpet show for the major award shows like The Academy Awards, The Emmy Awards, and The Grammy Awards. While working at E! She met Executives that offered her the opportunity to work on two seasons of Esquire's Running of the Bulls where she traveled to Pamplona, Spain. From there she became a Line Producer for a travel show produced by Radar Pictures which follows two young hosts traveling around Central America on a budget. She has most recently worked as a Story Producer for ABC Television's BattleBots and FOX's Superhuman. Toni-Ann made her screen debut in Season 2 of Better Call Saul, and the soap opera, General Hospital. She works as a Freelance Producer and lives in Los Angeles, California while also attending The University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom for her Masters Degree in Creative Writing.
