On last week‘s “Top Chef” Quickfire and Last Chance queen Michelle Minori was asked to pack her knives, leaving only three chefs to battle it out in the finale. Sara Bradley boasts two wins in the last three Elimination Challenges, Eric Adjepong holds a season best record of three overall wins and Kelsey Barnard Clark was voted the chef that should win in our recent fan poll. In the finale, the three chefs are asked to serve the best four course meal of their lives to a table of food world stars: Melanie Hansche, Mitsuharu Tsumura, Alexander Smalls, Dan Hong, May Chow, and Alvin Leung, as well as season judges Tom Colicchio, Padma Lakshmi, Nilou Motamed and Graham Elliot.

Top Chef is about to crown a season 16 champion, but not before finalists Sara Bradley, Kelsey Barnard Clark and Eric Adjepong spill all on what you didn't see in Kentucky. Eric, Kelsey and Sara are all competing for the title of Top Chef in the Thursday, March 14 finale. The trio of chefs must craft a four course meal in the finale—but only two of them will be able to serve their menu. Toronto -- Canadian broadcaster CTV has given Masterchef Canada its coveted post-Super Bowl slot on Feb. 2. The local version of the format from Elisabeth Murdoch's Shine, which is part of 21st Century Fox, will debut on Jan. 20. The third-week episode will follow the Canadian telecast of the Super Bowl, which each year pulls in one of the country's biggest primetime audiences. Masterchef Canada will feature Michael Bonacini, Alvin Leung, and Claudio Aprile as judges of the culinary elimination series.
