Bowing to pressure from conservatives including Sen. Marco Rubio, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced on Wednesday that they had uninvited an LGBTQ charity and drag performance group from participation in their annual Pride Night. The organization, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, is an order of “queer and trans nuns” devoted to “community service, ministry, and outreach to those on the edges, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity, and spiritual enlightenment,” according to their self-description.

Looking, Season 1, Episode 4: “Looking for $220/Hour”
Directed by Ryan Fleck
Written by Allan Heinberg
Airs Sundays at 10:30 Pm on HBO
“Looking for $220/Hour”, the fourth in Looking’s eight episode run, takes place during the Folsom Street Fair, an annual San Francisco Bdsm and leather party. Patrick, Agustín, and Dom aren’t really part of that scene, but like much of the city, they use the fair as an excuse for some good old-fashioned Sunday day drinking. Aside from a few skimpy leather outfits, Looking doesn’t show much of the debaucherous celebration. Instead, the episode is structured around a trio of dates, even though the characters would never classify them as such.
Patrick and Kevin hole up at the office, purportedly to prepare for a Monday morning presentation, but talk turns to the difficulties of Kevin’s long distance relationship. Dom invites Lynn, Scott Bakula’s silver fox florist,...

With Jinkx Monsoon's Season 5 win firmly a thing of the past, anticipation for Season 6 of "RuPaul's Drag Race" has reached near fever pitch. While Logo hasn't even announced a premiere date (though the new season will likely follow those that have come before it and bow late January, 2014), the show is rumored to be currently in production, causing a flurry of casting rumors.
A website called Buzzsauce claims to have determined which 12 drag queens will be gunning for the title in Season 6, utilizing the very scientific method of noting who has been quiet on social media. Below are the dozen names thought to be filming now, though be sure to take it all with a grain of salt.
1. Adriana Le Glam
It's noted that this fishy (meaning: very feminine) queen from NYC, while rumored to be on the show, has remained quite active on social media. So, there goes that whole process Buzzsauce used.

Big day on RuPaul's Drag Race: Two queens were booted after a languid lip-sync of "Oops!... I Did It Again" including the beleaguered Vivienne Pinay and the cool, mature Honey Mahogany, a.k.a. 29-year-old Alpha Mulugeta of San Francisco. As the show's first-ever native of San Fran, Honey lent a particular version of smartness that sometimes manifested in fantastic ways, like her dead-on impersonation of Mystique Summers Madison during the second episode's spoken-word lip-sync challenge. Unfortunately, her take on Diana Ross in the Black Swan-esque ballet about Ru's life wasn't enough to keep her in the competition.
We chatted with Ms. Mahogany about spoken-word lip-syncing, her caftans, and whehter she was prepared for the "humiliating" work of reality TV.
AfterElton: You weren't really ranked in the top or the bottom in earlier challenges. Did that make you nervous?
Honey Mahogany: Well, personally, I thought I was robbed in that second challenge!

RuPaul's Drag Race shocked us last night, and not just because it staged a ballet based on the exquisite life of its star. Ru dared to eliminate both of the lip-syncing queens who flunked the performance challenge, and thus, we lost two ferocious contestants this week. The first to go -- and the less expected evictee, based on her standing last week -- is Vivienne Pinay, a.k.a. 26-year-old Michael Donehoo of New York City, who touted her good looks and comely femininity, but couldn't quite redeem her performance in the ballet as "America's Next Drag Superstar" or her uninspired lip-sync of Britney Spears' "Oops!... I Did It Again." At least she's in good company: Her competitor Honey Mahogany was also eliminated, and we talked to her as well about the dramatic episode. (Editor's note - We'll have Honey's interview tomorrow morning).
