Spoilers Ahead: Please do not continue reading if you haven’t watched season 3 of “Ramy”.
“Ramy”, the semi-autobiographical dramedy from Ramy Youssef, just released its third season on Hulu Friday, and similarly to the last, it’s chock full of guests stars. In addition to the show’s series regulars, “Ramy” sees the likes of Majid Jordan, Sarita Choudhury and Bella Hadid joining the cast for the show’s long-awaited third season.
The supermodel makes her acting debut in episode 4, which is aptly titled, “that’s what she said.” Hadid, who has been outspoken about her Palestinian heritage, and her ties to Islamic culture, appears as Lena, the quirky, Muslim girlfriend of Steve (Steve Way), Ramy’s best friend.
As viewers remember from previous seasons, Steve suffers from muscular dystrophy and is wheelchair-bound. Ramy goes to dinner with Steve and Lena, not just because he’s their ride to a wrestling match later,...

Majid Jordan, the duo signed to Drake’s Ovo Sound label, released a pair of new songs on Friday.
Majid Jordan’s work can be split into two camps: Dancefloor-leaning cuts and downtempo ballads. “All Over You” falls into the first category. There are echoes here of “Gave Your Love Away,” the pair’s finest song to date, as well as the Eighties R&B duo Rene & Angela. The drums are clipped and flat, the bass is in overdrive. At last March’s Juno Awards, Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys, the presentation of the year’s best rap recording award was accompanied by a look back to a pivotal moment of the country’s hip-hop history. Storied Toronto rap figures Kardinal Offishall (pictured below), Choclair, Red1, Checkmate, Misfit and Thrust flooded the stage to present the award, and ended up performing an impromptu rendition of their 1998 single “Northern Touch,” which served as a statement of purpose for Toronto’s hip-hop community after years of resistance from Canadian radio programmers and general indifference from American listeners. For a city that has spent the better part of the last decade as one of hip-hop’s global hotspots, it was a welcome reminder that the Toronto’s history goes back much further than that.

Drake teased his new album via a series of Instagram posts (pasted below) starting Monday and carrying into Tuesday afternoon: Judging by the posts, the album is called “Scorpion,” it’s due in June, and as usual it was executive produced by his longtime collaborators Noah “40” Shebib and Oliver El-Khatib.
The Mc dropped a new song and video earlier this month, a Lauryn Hill-sampling smooth groove called “Nice for What.” Drake announced the single was coming during a quick surprise appearance at a Toronto concert by Majid Jordan on April 5, adding that his new album is nearly finished.

As promised, Drake dropped a new song Friday night, a Lauryn Hill-sampling smooth groove called “Nice for What.” Along with the song came a video that features 20 famous (and kind-of famous but fabulous) women, most of them actresses or musicians: Olivia Wilde, Misty Copeland, Issa Rae, Rashida Jones, Jourdan Dunn, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tiffany Haddish, Yara Shahidi, Zoe Saldana, Letitita Wright, Bria Vinaite, Emma Roberts, Syd, Michelle Rodriguez and Elizabeth and Victoria Lejonhjarta. All are filmed separately.
Directed by 22-year-old Toronto native Karena Evans — who also helmed Drake’s clip for “God’s Plan,” which featured him giving away $1 million to various people and organizations in need — the clip doesn’t have a plot, just Drake performing while the ladies groove.

Anticipation for 2017’s major festivals is at an all time high, with Coachella‘s lineup serving as the holy grail of the entire season. We’ve already heard some rumors about the alleged headliners, while DJ Khaled inadvertently spilled the beans on his slot at the festival. Now we have another enticing update to ponder with a list that attempts to predict the entire lineup.
A website called TravelGrom has consistently made predictions about Coachella lineups in the past with a high degree of accuracy compared to the average rumor, and they’ve just offered up their projections for 2017. While the information is just conjecture at this point, TravelGrom predicted last year’s lineup with 64% accuracy. If that figure holds true again, over half of the list will wind up on the official lineup.
The alleged lineup includes a diverse array of styles, with representation from Edm, Rock, Rap, Pop and everything in between.
