"You're with me on this, right?" "I'm right behind ya..." Focus Features has released the first official trailer for Let Him Go, a suspenseful crime drama adapted from the bestselling novel by Larry Watson. A retired sheriff and his wife, grieving over the death of their son, set out to find their only grandson. Kevin Costner and Diane Lane star as the Blackledges, who head out from their Montana ranch to find their grandson in the clutches of a dangerous family living off the grid in the Dakotas. When they discover the Weboys have no intention of letting the child go, George and Margaret are left with no choice but to fight for their family. Also starring Lesley Manville as the matriarch Blanche Weboy, plus Kayli Carter, Booboo Stewart, Jeffrey Donovan, Will Brittain, Ryan Bruce, Adam Stafford, and Bradley Stryker. Damn it looks good! This gets more and more intense as the trailer plays out.

The CW has released a brand new trailer for upcoming episodes of The Flash, and it’s packed full of intriguing and revealing new scenes. For starters, we have to talk about the shot of Zoom unmasking before Barry Allen; the villain’s identity has been a talking point for months now, and it appears as if his face will be revealed as soon as next Tuesday.
We also see what appears to be a suited up Jesse Quick (the daughter of Harrison Wells) and the return of King Shark as Arrow‘s Diggle comes to Central City for an unexpected team-up with The Flash. As a bonus, we also get to see loads of the Earth-2 Barry Allen, a character set to take on a much later role in next week’s “Escape From Earth-2.”

Thanks to CanadaGraphs, we have the following images from the set of The Flash, where episode 14 (and possibly tonight's episode 13, "Welcome To Earth-2") were recently being filmed. In addition to new looks at Killer Frost, Deathstorm, Earth-2 Barry Allen and a pretty cool looking statue of Jay Garrick, we get our first glimpse of actor/musician Adam Stafford as earth-manipulating baddie, Geomancer. Tuesday’s episode of The Flash will feature Barry Allen and Cisco paying a visit to Earth-2 with Dr. Harrison Wells, and The CW has today released the first official images depicting their journey. There are a lot of surprises in here, though the biggest has to be the appearance of Floyd Lawton. Better known as Deadshot, the Earth-1 version of the character was killed off in Arrow last year.

In terms of advancing the story with Harrison Wells and Earth-2, last night’s episode of The Flash was great. Tarpit (who looked pretty darn fantastic in his final scene, proving once again that this show does amazing things with a TV budget) was admittedly something of a filler villain, but next week’s instalment promises to be worth the wait if the promo above is any indication.

Something that many fans love about The Flash is that it has never shied away from its comic book roots and fearlessly treads into science fiction territories such as time travel or exploring alternate universes. Expect the series to provide a boatload of fan service when it once again crosses the multiversal barrier with February 9’s episode, which is titled “Welcome to Earth-2″ (try not hearing that spoken in Will Smith’s voice).
One of the most exciting aspects of said episode will see Robbie Amell return as Deathstorm, Earth-2’s villainous doppelganger to our beloved Firestorm. When Amell recently spoke at Heroes and Villains Fan Fest in New Jersey, he dropped this bombshell:
“In episode 13, so in a couple weeks, you’ll see me as Deathstorm, and Caitlin as Killer Frost. So I get to come back, and I kill a series regular. So there’s that, I...

While the first season of The Flash was all about time travel, the second has revolved around the concept of an alternate Earth. Of course, the Multiverse is something which DC Comics fans will be well aware of, but for TV viewers who may be new to the concept, it’s a good job that The CW are sticking to just the one extra world for the time being.
That is, of course, Earth-2, the reality that Jay Garrick, Zoom and the current Dr. Harrison Wells hail from.
